Description
Claims (3)
- イメージングドラムのための加熱システムであって、
前記イメージングドラムの内側に位置し、内部ドラム表面に面して開いた側部を含むヒータボックスと、
前記ヒータボックスに位置した少なくとも一つのヒータ素子と、を備え、
前記ヒータ素子は、さらに、
中央の支持構造の上に配置された第1及び第2の支持構造であって、前記第1の支持構造が前記第2の支持構造から離れた一端に端コネクタを有する、第1及び第2の支持構造と、
前記第1の支持構造の周囲に形成された第1のコイルと、
前記第2の支持構造の周囲に形成された第2のコイルであって、前記第2のコイルの一端が、前記第2の支持構造を通って前記端コネクタに向かって前記中央支持構造の内部に延在している電線に結合されている、第2のコイルと、を含む、
加熱システム。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱システムであって、
前記ヒータボックス内に位置する複数のヒータ素子と、
少なくとも2つのヒータ回路と、
前記ヒータ回路にそれぞれ対応する少なくとも2つのチャネルと、
前記ヒータ回路を直列接続または並列接続に切り替えて前記複数のヒータ素子を動作させるように、動作するリレースイッチと、をさらに備える、
加熱システム。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱システムであって、
少なくとも一つのヒータ素子は、支持構造と、前記支持構造の一部に巻きつけられた加熱素子と、前記支持構造の端に位置した電気端子であって、各々が、前記巻きつけられた加熱素子の無通電な巻線によって前記支持構造に結合されている締め具を含む、電気端子と、をさらに備える、加熱システム。
