Claims (5)
- 圧縮機を介して冷媒体を循環させるヒートポンプ循環路に配置され、前記冷媒体と外気とで熱交換を行うコンデンサと、
前記コンデンサから送られる前記冷媒体を減圧させる膨張弁と、
前記ヒートポンプ循環路に配置され、前記膨張弁を通過した前記冷媒体と空調用空気とで熱交換を行う第1エバポレータと、
前記ヒートポンプ循環路に配置され、前記圧縮機から送出される前記冷媒体と前記第1エバポレータを通過した前記空調用空気とで熱交換を行うヒータと、
前記ヒートポンプ循環路から分岐する分岐路に配置され、車両の内外から得られて前記冷媒体よりも高い温度である熱媒体と前記冷媒体とで熱交換を行う第2エバポレータと、
を備えるヒートポンプ式の車両用空調システムであって、
前記コンデンサの下流と前記膨張弁との間には、気液分離部及びサブコンデンサが配設されるとともに、
前記ヒートポンプ循環路は、前記コンデンサと前記気液分離部との間に設けられる分岐部を介して前記圧縮機に連通する冷媒体回収流路と、
暖房時に、前記第2エバポレータを通過した前記冷媒体が、前記第1エバポレータを迂回して前記圧縮機に送られるバイパス路と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用空調システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用空調システムにおいて、前記冷媒体回収流路には、前記圧縮機から前記分岐部に向かう前記冷媒体の流れを規制する逆流防止手段が設けられることを特徴とする車両用空調システム。
- 請求項1又は2記載の車両用空調システムにおいて、前記冷媒体回収流路には、暖房時に開放される一方、冷房時に閉塞される開閉弁が設けられることを特徴とする車両用空調システム。
- 請求項3記載の車両用空調システムにおいて、暖房運転と冷房運転とを切り換え制御するとともに、前記開閉弁の開閉制御を行う制御部を備え、
暖房時に、前記制御部は、前記開閉弁を開放させた後、前記圧縮機を規定時間だけ起動させ、さらに前記開閉弁を閉塞させることを特徴とする車両用空調システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用空調システムにおいて、前記第2エバポレータで前記冷媒体と熱交換を行う前記熱媒体は、前記冷媒体よりも高温な媒体であることを特徴とする車両用空調システム。
