この関係において、水頭圧は泡の無い液体または同等の水として表すことができ、hLの値は全トレイ圧力低下の測定から得られる。

Claims (11)
- 複数のトレイ及び複数のダウンカマーを収容した蒸留塔の操作方法において、各ダウンカマーは1つのトレイとそれぞれ関連し、前記方法は、前記トレイ上に、粒子状材料を収容した多孔質容器を含む充填材を位置決めすることを含み、ここで、前記粒子状材料を収容した多孔質容器は、間隔保持成分と密接しており、前記間隔保持成分は、少なくとも50体積%の開放空間を含んでなり、前記充填材は、トレイと関連するダウンカマー中の泡立ち液体と同等の泡の無い液体の水頭圧(hdc)を提供する量で存在し、前記hdcは、

- 前記粒子状材料は不活性材料を含み、前記方法は、反応無しで、蒸留混合物中の諸成分を分離するためのものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状材料は触媒粒子状材料を含み、前記方法は反応無しで前記蒸留混合物中の諸成分を分離するためのものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記間隔保持成分は弾性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記間隔保持成分は剛性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トレイはシーブトレイを含む、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記トレイはバブルトレイを含む、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記塔はn−ヘプタンからシクロヘキサンを分離するために稼働される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記の理論段相当高さは71.12cm(28インチ)未満である、請求項10に記載の方法。
