Claims (2)
- ポンプ本体を駆動モータ(第一駆動モータ)により回転駆動するとともに、前記第一駆動モータの回転数を可変して少なくとも吐出流量を可変可能な油圧ポンプにおける前記第一駆動モータの回転数を可変制御して成形サイクルにおける各動作工程の制御を行う射出成形機の制御方法において、サーボ回路に接続した第二駆動モータとなる第二サーボモータを利用した斜板角可変機構における当該第二サーボモータの回転量により、少なくとも吐出流量を可変可能な斜板型ピストンポンプにおける斜板の角度(斜板角)を可変するとともに、サーボ回路に接続した第一駆動モータとなる第一サーボモータの回転数を可変制御する予め設定した第一制御条件及び前記第二サーボモータの回転量を複数の斜板角が得られるように所定の回転量に固定する予め設定した第二制御条件を組合わせた標準モードに基づいて、又は前記第一サーボモータの回転数を所定の回転数に固定する予め設定した第一制御条件及び前記第二サーボモータの回転量を可変制御する予め設定した第二制御条件を組合わせた個別モードに基づいて、前記動作工程となる、計量工程,充填工程及び保圧工程を含む射出工程,突出し工程,型締工程,ノズルタッチ工程、の一又は二以上の制御を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の制御方法。
- 前記個別モードにおける第一制御条件は、前記第一サーボモータの回転数を最小回転数に固定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の制御方法。
