Description
Claims (7)
- 被検体内に挿入される内視鏡の挿入部に沿って長軸方向に相対移動可能に配設され、曲げ剛性が低く形状保持力が小さい第1の状態と、曲げ剛性が高く形状保持力が大きい第2の状態と、の間で状態変化し得る長尺なガイド部を有する挿入補助具であって、
前記ガイド部は、当該ガイド部の長軸方向に沿って延在され、温度によって強度が変化する強度可変部材を有し、
前記強度可変部材の基端側が硬化を開始する境界温度を、先端側の境界温度よりも相対的に低く設定することにより、前記ガイド部の基端側の曲げ剛性が先端側の曲げ剛性よりも相対的に高くなるよう曲げ剛性に勾配を持たせることを特徴とする挿入補助具。 - 前記ガイド部における前記強度可変部材の基端側の肉厚を、先端側の肉厚よりも相対的に大きく設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の挿入補助具。
- 前記ガイド部は、当該ガイド部の長軸方向に同心円上に延在する複数のチューブから構成される部分を含み、
前記強度可変部材を前記複数のチューブの何れかによって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の挿入補助具。 - 被検体内に挿入される挿入部を備えた内視鏡と、
請求項1に記載の挿入補助具と、を具備し、
前記挿入部の曲げ剛性は、前記第1の状態にあるときの前記ガイド部の曲げ剛性よりも相対的に高く、且つ、前記第2の状態にあるときの前記ガイド部の曲げ剛性よりも相対的に低く設定されていることを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記挿入部は、湾曲時の形状を保持する保形性を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記挿入部の外周に配設される筒状の部材であって、
前記挿入部の外周面は、先端側の外径が基端側の外径よりも相対的に大きなテーパ面で構成され、
前記ガイド部の内周面は、先端側の内径が基端側の内径よりも相対的に大きなテーパ面で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記挿入部の内部に形性された挿通チャネル内に挿通される棒状の部材であって、
前記挿通チャネルの内周面は、先端側の内径が基端側の内径よりも相対的に小さなテーパ面で構成され、
前記ガイド部の外周面は、先端側の外径が基端側の外径よりも相対的に小さなテーパ面で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内視鏡装置。
