Claims (9)
- ポンプシリンダ内に移動可能に支持されたプランジャを備えた燃料ポンプにおいて、
前記プランジャ(12、22、32)が空洞(14、24、34)を有し、該空洞(14、24、34)を介してプランジャ(12、22、32)が内側から冷却され、
前記空洞(14)が密閉中空室として形成されて部分的に冷却材(15)が封入され、
該冷却材(15)が、プランジャ(12)の運動により空洞(14)内で動かされることを特徴とする燃料ポンプ。 - 冷却材(15)が、プランジャ(12)の運動により空洞(14)内で振り回され、プランジャ(12)の上部において熱を吸収し、プランジャ(12)の下部において熱を放出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 空洞(24、34)が、入口(25、35)と出口(26、36)とを備えた開放中空室として形成され、冷却材で貫流されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 冷却材が連続的或いは周期的に空洞(24、34)に供給され、又は空洞(24、34)から排出されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料ポンプ。
- プランジャ(22)が、入口(25)と出口(26)が共通部品に設けられているように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 入口(25)がプランジャ(22)の上部に、出口(26)がプランジャ(22)の下部に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料ポンプ。
- プランジャ(32)が、入口(35)と出口(36)が2個の別個の部品(39、40)に設けられるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 入口(35)がプランジャの第1部品(39)の下部に、出口(36)がプランジャの第2部品(40)の下部に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 冷却材を空洞(24、34)に供給し、又は空洞(24、34)から排出すべく、入口(25、35)および/又は出口(26、36)が、ポンプシリンダ(21、31)に設けられた周溝(27、37)と協働することを特徴とする請求項3から8の1つに記載の燃料ポンプ。
