Description
このような湿式摩擦板は、1種類の摩擦材を交互に配置した湿式摩擦板に比較して、2種類の摩擦板の材質を変更することで、摩擦係数が高く、摩擦係数の変動が少なく、かつ機械的強度に優れた特徴を有している。

Claims (3)
- 摩擦板の周方向に複数に分割されたカーボン系摩擦材とペーパー系摩擦材を所定の間隔で貼着した湿式摩擦板であって、カーボン系摩擦材を摩擦板の外周側に配し、その内側にペーパー系摩擦材を配し、ペーパー系摩擦材の占める伝達トルクをカーボン系摩擦材に比して小さくしたことを特徴とする湿式摩擦板。
- ペーパー系摩擦材のモーメントアームr1は、前記r1とカーボン系摩擦材のモーメントアームr2との和に対する比が0.2〜0.4であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の湿式摩擦板。
- ペーパー系摩擦材の占める面積は、ペーパー系摩擦材とカーボン系摩擦材の面積の和に対する比が0.05〜0.45であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の湿式摩擦板。
