Description
Claims (4)
- 金属管を分割した金型に装着し、型締めした後で前記金属管に内圧と管軸方向押し込み力を負荷するハイドロフォーム加工方法において、第1ハイドロフォーム工程で、前記金属管断面の一方向にだけ前記金属管を拡管させて、管軸方向の拡管部の全部において、製品形状の周長の90%以上100%以下の周長を有し、かつ前記一方向で少なくとも管軸方向の一部について、製品の高さより高い中間製品とした後、第2ハイドロフォーム工程で、管軸方向の全部又は一部において、前記中間製品の前記一方向の高さを減じながら前記一方向に垂直な方向に拡管させて最終製品形状に成形することを特徴とするハイドロフォーム加工方法。
- 金属管の断面の曲率半径と、前記一方向における中間製品の断面の曲率半径が略等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイドロフォーム加工方法。
- 金属管の軸方向に移動自在な可動金型又は金属管の軸方向に直角な方向に移動自在なカウンターパンチを用いて、中間製品に成形することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のハイドロフォーム加工方法。
- 第1ハイドロフォーム工程と第2ハイドロフォーム工程の間に、中間製品を管軸方向に曲げる工程を加えることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載のハイドロフォーム加工方法。
