Claims (10)
- フラッシュする空気流中の圧力パルスを使用する薄い壁の繊維フィルタ本体(6)で構成されているフィルタのバックフラッシュ方法において、
圧力パルスを発生するために、複数の小さく迅速に動作する弁(2)は各ケース中で短時間開かれ、それらの各弁(2)の開く瞬間はそれによって解放された部分的なパルスがその共通のフラッシュライン(5)の入口に同時に到着するように相互に調整されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 使用される小さく迅速に動作する弁(2)は引出しライン(4)を介して圧縮された空気のコンテナ(1)に接続されるダイヤフラム弁である請求項1記載の方法。
- 複数の迅速に動作する弁(2)が開いている総時間は各パルスに対して100ミリ秒である請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 3個の迅速に動作する弁(2)は協力して動作する請求項3記載の方法。
- 迅速に動作する弁(2)は同じ圧縮された空気のコンテナからの流体路を開閉する請求項4記載の方法。
- 部分的なパルスはY分岐のパイプ(7)で鋭角αで合体する請求項5記載の方法。
- パルスの圧力の上昇期間はパルス期間中の最大の圧力の期間に等しい請求項6記載の方法。
- 圧縮された空気は不活性ガスにより置換される請求項7記載の方法。
- フィルタは、並列に接続された複数の管状フィルタ本体(6)を具備しており、
前記複数の管状フィルタ本体(6)は、個別に又はグループで連続的に圧力パルスの作用を受ける請求項8記載の方法。 - 濾過された材料は濾過される混合物の流動方向とは反対方向でフィルタ本体(6)から除去される請求項9記載の方法。
