Claims (2)
- 給水中の不純物を除去する濾過膜部を備え、この濾過膜部からの濃縮水の一部をこの濾過膜部と接続された排水ラインから系外へ排水するとともに、残部を前記濾過膜部の上流側へ還流させる膜濾過システムであって、
前記排水ラインを複数に分岐し、分岐した各排水ラインに排水弁を設け、前記各排水弁は、それぞれ定流量弁機構を備えており、この定流量弁機構は、前記各排水弁において、それぞれ異なる流量値に設定されていることを特徴とする膜濾過システム。 - 前記各排水弁を組み合わせてそれぞれ開閉することにより、濃縮水の排水量を段階的に調節することができる請求項1に記載の膜濾過システム。
