Description
Claims (8)
- 第一の構造体に固定されるハウジングと、
中空部を有すると共に前記ハウジングに対して進退自在に保持され、第二の構造体に固定される出力ロッドと、
前記ハウジングに対して回転自在に保持されると共に前記出力ロッドの中空部内に挿通され、電動モータによって適宜回転が与えられるねじ軸と、
前記出力ロッドに備えられると共に前記ねじ軸に組み付けられて当該ねじ軸の回転に応じて軸方向へ移動するナット部材と、を備え、
前記出力ロッドは、前記ナット部材が設けられた駆動筒と、前記駆動筒と重ねて配置されると共に当該駆動筒に対して進退自在であり、前記第二の構造体が固定される可動筒とを備え、更に、
前記駆動筒と可動筒の間には、当該駆動筒に対して可動筒を係止する一方、前記第二の構造体に固定された可動筒に対して所定以上の軸力が作用した場合に前記駆動筒に対する可動筒の移動を許容する解放機構が設けられていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記解放機構は、前記駆動筒又は可動筒に設けられた係止溝と、前記可動筒又は駆動筒に保持され、前記係止溝に向けて付勢されると共に当該係止溝に没入する係止要素とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記係止溝は前記駆動筒又は可動筒の周方向に沿って形成された断面V字状の環状溝であり、前記係止要素は前記環状溝に没入する凸球面を有すると共に当該環状溝の周方向に沿って複数配置され、各係止要素はばねによって前記環状溝に向けて付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動筒と可動筒との間には粘性流体を密封した作用室を設けると共に、この作用室には前記駆動筒に対する可動筒の移動に伴って前記作用室内の粘性流体が流入するオリフィスが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記作用室内には当該作用室を二分すると共に前記駆動筒に対する可動筒の移動に伴って当該作用室内を軸方向へ移動する隔壁が設けられ、前記オリフィスは前記隔壁に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動筒と可動筒との間には、当該可動筒を駆動筒に対する係止位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記弾性部材は前記作用室内に設けられて前記隔壁を押圧するコイルスプリングであり、当該コイルスプリングは可動筒の係止位置において自由長に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ軸の周囲において前記駆動筒と重ねて配置される延設筒を前記ナット部材に固定し、これら駆動筒と延設筒の間には環状空間を形成すると共に、この環状空間には前記可動筒を収容し、
前記可動筒のナット部材側の端部には前記オリフィスを形成し、前記環状空間を前記オリフィスに流入した粘性流体の受容室としたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の電動アクチュエータ。
