Claims (7)
- 軸方向に互いに間隔を隔てて配置された複数のスペーサ(4)によって案内されている複数の燃料棒を有し、前記スペーサ(4)が、縦横に延びる内部帯板(14)および周縁帯板(16)を有する複数の帯板(14、16)で構成され行(8)と列(10)を成して配列された複数の格子目(6)を備えた格子を形成しており、燃料集合体の運転中または取扱い時に前記スペーサの角部の周縁帯板(16)の一部が損傷した際に、その格子目内に修理スリーブ(20)を設けてなる、軽水炉の燃料集合体であって、
前記損傷したスペーサ(4)の周縁帯板(16)に、損傷後にその損傷の大きさに応じて定めた幅の切欠き開口(40)が設けられ、
前記修理スリーブ(20)は、前記格子目内に修理スリーブ(20)を設けた際に、前記切欠き開口(40)から前記格子目の外方に向けて突出する部分を有し、この突出する部分の外周面が、前記スペーサ(4)の未損傷時の周縁帯板の外周面と一致した面を有するように構成することにより、未損傷時のスペーサの外側輪郭を復元するようにしてなることを特徴とする軽水炉の燃料集合体。 - 修理スリーブ(20)がその外周面に、その軸方向に延び切欠き開口(40)の中から突出する半径方向張出し突出部(24)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料集合体。
- 修理スリーブ(20)は、未損傷の内部帯板(14)に存在するか、または追加設置された開口(43)に引っ掛かる少なくとも1個の係止爪(34)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料集合体。
- 修理スリーブ(20)は、軸方向に延びた内部帯板(14)の下側の縁部に引っ掛かる少なくとも1個の突起(31)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料集合体。
- 修理スリーブ(20)は、軸方向に延びた内部帯板(14)の下側の縁部に引っ掛かる少なくとも1個の張出し部(44)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料集合体。
- 修理スリーブ(20)が、格子目(6)の軸方向上側および下側の縁部から突き出していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の燃料集合体。
- 修理スリーブ(20)が、その外周面に配置され軸方向に延びる少なくとも1個の締付け舌片(30)を有し、該締付け舌片(30)が、内部帯板(14)の上に押し被せられ、格子目(6)内に修理スリーブ(20)を固定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の燃料集合体。
