Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る非接触型スイッチ構造では、設置部位に着脱自在とされる交換部の端面に開口が設けられ、前記端面の前記開口が設けられた部分の仮想境界面を挟んで、検出因子が前記交換部側に、検出部が前記設置部位側に、常態で向き合う位置に近接配置される。前記交換部は、可撓性筒体と、棒材と、揺動部材で構成される。前記検出因子は、前記棒材の基端から前記可撓性筒体の内部を通過して前記端面に向って延びる前記揺動部材の前記端面側に固定され、前記棒材に前記棒材の軸線と直交する方向に力が加えられたとき、前記仮想境界面から前記交換部側において、前記仮想境界面と平行する方向に移動する。前記検出部は前記検出因子が離れたことを検出する。

Claims (7)
- 設置部位に着脱自在とされる交換部の端面に開口が設けられ、前記端面の前記開口が設けられた部分を仮想境界面とし、前記交換部が設置された状態における前記仮想境界面を挟んで、検出因子が前記交換部側に、検出部が前記設置部位側に、前記交換部の常態で向き合う位置に近接配置され、前記交換部は、任意の全方向に自在に撓む可撓性筒体と、前記可撓性筒体の自由端に取り付けられた棒材と、前記棒材の基端から前記可撓性筒体の内部を通過して前記端面に向って延びる揺動部材で構成され、前記検出因子は、反射面を有し、静電体と磁気性金属体で構成され、前記揺動部材の前記端面側に固定され、前記棒材に前記棒材の軸線と直交する方向に力が加えられたとき、前記仮想境界面から前記交換部側において、前記仮想境界面と平行する方向に移動し、前記検出部は前記検出因子が離れたことを検出することを特徴とするスイッチ構造。
- 前記交換部は、前記交換部の常態において前記検出因子または前記揺動部材の一部を所定位置で保持し、かつ前記検出因子の移動を許容する保持部を備える請求項1に記載のスイッチ構造。
- 前記保持部は、前記検出因子または前記揺動部材の一部を前記所定位置で保持するぜんまいばねで構成される請求項2に記載のスイッチ構造。
- 前記保持部は、特定平面領域で、前記検出因子または前記揺動部材の一部を前記所定位置で保持する、放射状に配置された複数の線状弾性材で構成されている請求項2に記載のスイッチ構造。
- 前記保持部は、前記検出因子または前記揺動部材の一部を前記所定位置で保持する可撓性円盤で構成されている請求項2に記載のスイッチ構造。
- 前記可撓性円盤は、同心の複数の環状突部を有する請求項5に記載のスイッチ構造。
- 前記可撓性円盤は、螺旋状突部を有する請求項5に記載のスイッチ構造。
