シリコーンゴムを架橋して硬化させるための硬化剤として、例えば、分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルハイドロジェンシロキサン共重合体、分子鎖両末端ジメチルフェニルシロキシ基封鎖メチルフェニルシロキサン・メチルハイドロジェンシロキサン共重合体、環状メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、ジメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位と式:SiO4/2で示されるシロキサン単位からなるオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンなど;
(株)島津製作所製 オートグラフ(AG−IS)を用いて、200mm/minの速度でサンプルの接着シール材が剥離したときの強度を測定した。サンプルについては、不通気処理を施したコート布(塗布量25g/m2)に、二液付加反応型接着シール材を塗布、圧着、接合し、25℃で24時間硬化させて作成した。なお、塗布、圧着、接合時における接着シール材の長さは50mm、幅は10mmとし、厚みはシックネスゲージにより調整を行なった。
エアバッグ作成後の接着シール材の寸法を測定し、幅10±2mm、厚み1.0±0.2mm(1.3±0.2mm)の規格に入っているものは○、入っていないものは×とした。
エアバッグのインフレーター取付部に、固定金具とともにインフレーター(タンク圧150kPa、アトランティックリサーチ社製ハイブリッドインフレーター)を固定し、エアバッグを室温にて展開し、展開後、エアバッグ接合部の損傷の有無を観察した。

Claims (3)
- メインパネルとそれ以外の基布部材とを有し、該基布部材が略同型である2枚以上の接合された裁断基布からなるエアバッグにおいて、該基布部材を構成する裁断基布のうち、少なくとも1枚の裁断基布が切り欠き部位を有しており、他の裁断基布は、該切り欠き部位と重なる位置に切り欠きを有してなく、さらに、少なくとも該切り欠き部位と重なる位置に接着シール材を有しており、該接着シール材を介して前記他の裁断基布にメインパネルが配置されてなるエアバッグ。
- 前記基布部材を構成する少なくとも1枚の裁断基布が有する切り欠き部位において、基布部材を構成する裁断基布の重なり枚数が部分的に異なり、異なる裁断基布の厚み分だけ、裁断基布の重なりが少ない部分に配置された接着シール材の厚みが大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエアバッグ。
- 切り欠き部位を有している裁断基布において、裁断基布における切り欠き部位を有する位置とメインパネルとの接着シール材端部の厚みが、裁断基布における切り欠きを有していない位置とメインパネルとの接着シール材端部の厚みより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエアバッグ。
