Description
Claims (4)
- 第1アンテナと前記第1アンテナを使用することによって無線通信を実行する第1の無
線通信部とを備えた外部装置に取り外し可能に装着される本体と、
前記本体内に設けられた第2アンテナと、
前記本体が前記外部装置に装着された状態で前記第2アンテナよりも前記第1アンテナ
に近接する前記本体内の所定位置に設けられた第3アンテナと、
前記本体内に設けられ、前記第2のアンテナまたは前記第3アンテナを使用することに
よって無線通信を実行する第2の無線通信部と、
前記本体内に設けられ、前記本体が前記外部装置に装着されている場合、前記第3アン
テナを前記第2の無線通信部に接続し、前記本体が前記外部装置から取り外されている場
合、前記第2アンテナを前記第2の無線通信部に接続するアンテナ切り換え部と、
を具備し、
前記第2の無線通信部は、前記第3アンテナに出力すべき信号の電力を前記第2アンテ
ナに出力すべき信号の電力よりも小さくする処理を実行する手段を含む情報処理装置。 - 前記第3アンテナは前記第2アンテナよりも小さく構成されており、前記第3アンテナ
から出力される無線信号の強度は前記第2アンテナから出力される無線信号の強度よりも
小さい強度である請求項1記載の情報処理装置。 - 外部装置と、前記外部装置に取り外し可能に装着される本体を有する情報処理装置とを
含むシステムにおいて、
前記外部装置は、
第1アンテナと、
第2アンテナと、
前記第1アンテナまたは前記第2のアンテナを使用することによって無線通信を実行す
る第1の無線通信部と、
前記外部装置に前記本体が装着されている場合、前記第2アンテナを前記第1の無線通
信部に接続し、前記外部装置から前記本体が取り外されている場合、前記第1アンテナを
前記第1の無線通信部に接続する第1のアンテナ切り換え部と、
を具備し、
前記情報処理装置は、
前記本体内に設けられた第3アンテナと、
前記本体が前記外部装置に装着された状態で前記第3アンテナよりも前記第2アンテナ
に近接する前記本体内の所定の位置に設けられた第4アンテナと、
前記第3アンテナまたは前記第4アンテナを使用することによって無線通信を実行する
第2の無線通信部と、
前記本体が前記外部装置に装着されている場合、前記4アンテナを前記第2の無線通信
部に接続し、前記本体が前記外部装置から取り外されている場合、前記第3アンテナを前
記第2の無線通信部に接続する第2のアンテナ切り換え部と、
を具備し、
前記第2の無線通信部は、前記外部装置に前記本体が装着された場合、前記第2アンテ
ナに出力すべき電力を前記第1アンテナに出力すべき電力よりも小さくする処理を実行す
る手段を含み、
前記第2の無線通信部は、前記外部装置に前記本体が装着された場合、前記第4アンテ
ナに出力すべき電力を前記第3アンテナに出力すべき電力よりも小さくする処理を実行す
る手段を含むシステム。 - 第1アンテナと前記第1アンテナを使用することによって無線通信を実行する第1の無
線通信部とを備えた外部装置に取り外し可能に装着される本体を備えた情報処理装置に適
用される無線通信制御方法において、
前記本体が前記外部装置に装着されているか否かを判別し、
前記本体が前記外部装置に装着されていないことが判別された場合、前記本体に設けら
れた第2アンテナを使用することによって無線通信を実行し、前記本体が前記外部装置に
装着されていることが判別された場合、前記本体が前記外部装置に装着された状態で前記
第2アンテナよりも前記第1アンテナに近接する前記本体内の所定位置に設けられた第3
アンテナを使用することによって無線通信を実行し、
前記第3アンテナに出力すべき信号の電力を前記第2アンテナに出力すべき信号の電力
よりも小さくする処理を実行する無線通信制御方法。
