とする被覆剤が、前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼心線に被覆されていることを特徴とする、亜鉛めっき鋼板用被覆アーク溶接棒。

Claims (1)
- オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼を心線とし、心線と被覆剤の両方の質量%で下記(式1)に示す心線質量%換算で、
C :0.01〜0.08%、
Si:0.1〜1.5%、
Mn:1.0〜5.0%、
Ni:8.0〜12.0%、
Cr:26.0〜30.0%
を含み、残部はFe、金属酸化物、金属炭酸塩、金属弗化物および不可避的不純物であり、かつ、前記被覆剤が、被覆剤全質量に対して質量%で、
TiO2:20〜45%、
SiO2:1〜10%、
CaCO3:10〜25%、
CaF2:2〜12%
を含有し、かつ該被覆剤の比率を、
(TiO2+SiO2)/(CaCO3+CaF2)=1.0〜3.0
とする被覆剤が、前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼心線に被覆されていることを特徴とする、亜鉛めっき鋼板用被覆アーク溶接棒。
