Claims (3)
- ガス燃焼ゾーンを備える焼却施設での燃焼における排ガス燃焼品質を特性化する方法において、
ガス燃焼ゾーンの通流横断面で、煤の少ない燃焼領域、燃焼のない領域、および煤の多い領域を可視波長領域で光学的に検出し、
前記燃焼のない領域および前記煤の多い領域はそれぞれの動特性が異なることを特徴とし、
前記燃焼のない領域と前記煤の多い領域は、煤の少ない燃焼領域へのそれらの移行領域において複数の順次連続する個別記録を評価することによって区別される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、以下の方法ステップを有する:
a) ガス燃焼ゾーンの通流横断面を通流に抗して検出する、可視波長領域用のカメラを設け、
b) 通流横断面を、それぞれ複数の画素を備えるセグメントに分割し、
c) 通流横断面における燃焼を前記カメラにより、少なくとも2つの時間的に順次連続する個別記録により記録し、
d) 前記通流横断面において煤の少ない燃焼領域を位置特定し、
ここで、前記煤の少ない燃焼領域では、調整可能な強度閾値を上回る強度値が発生し、
前記強度閾値は、通流横断面の最大強度に対して相対的に、自動的または手動で設定されるものであり、
e) 移行領域を、煤の少ない燃焼領域に割り当てられているが、煤の少ない燃焼領域には所属しない境界画素を少なくとも1つ有する画素として位置特定し、
f) 前記移行領域を移行セグメントに割り当て、
g) 各移行セグメントについてコントラスト値を検出し、
h) コントラスト閾値を上回るコントラスト値を備える移行セグメントを、煤の少ない燃焼領域と燃焼のない領域との間の移行部に割り当て、コントラスト閾値を下回るコントラスト値を備える移行セグメントを、煤の少ない燃焼領域と煤の多い領域との間の移行部に割り当て、
i) 画素の半分以上が強度閾値以下にあるすべてのセグメントを、煤の多い領域または燃焼のない領域に反復的に割り当て、
当該反復的割り当ては、移行セグメントおよびすでに割り当てられたセグメントへの隣接関係の評価により行われ、
j) 煤の多い領域を、当該煤の多い領域に割り当てられたセグメントの数と配置を介して決定し、位置特定する方法。 - 請求項2記載の方法において、
前記煤の多い領域の決定と位置特定を、局所的な燃焼状態に適合して、酸素含有ガスを排ガス燃焼ゾーンに位置的に細分化して噴入するための制御信号に変換する方法。
