Description
Claims (6)
- 雄ねじが設けられたスピンドル(3)と、雌ねじが設けられかつ前記スピンドルの前記ねじと係合する主ナット(4)と、前記主ナット(4)と接続状態に配設され、かつ主ナットが正常の場合に前記スピンドルのねじ山と支持接触状態にならないように構成された雌ねじが設けられた安全ナット(7)とを備えており、前記安全ナット(7)の前記ねじ山が、第1フランク(8)および第2フランク(9)を有して成るリニアアクチュエータにおいて、前記安全ナット(7)の前記第2フランク(9)が前記安全ナット(7)の長手軸に対して鋭角vを成しており、前記主ナット(4)が損傷した場合に、前記第2フランク(9)が前記スピンドル(3)の前記ねじ山のフランクの外縁と支持接触状態になることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
- 前記鋭角vがほぼ30°程度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記鋭角vが20°から30°の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記安全ナット(7)が金属製であり、硬化したねじ山を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記安全ナット(7)が前記主ナット(4)の端部のくぼみ(10)内に装着され、軸方向に延びるフィン(12)が前記くぼみ内に設けられ、かつ前記フィン(12)を受容するように前記安全ナット(7)に溝(11)が設けられ、前記溝(11)が前記安全ナットの一端からその高さの一部分にのみ延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記主ナット(4)の各端に安全ナット(7a、7b)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
