Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及由权利要求1的前序部分限定的类型的线性致动器。
背景技术
授权给Linak A/S的EP 0 586 326 B1和EP 1 134 454 B1,都公开了在开头提及的那种类型的线性致动器,其配置有安全螺母,该安全螺母与主螺母相连接并且只要在主螺母未损伤时作为从动部件跟随主螺母。在主螺母失效的情况下,连接被断开,由此安全螺母接收载荷。两种结构都构造成使得安全螺母只能在加载的方向移动负载。在例如压力载荷的情况下,所述致动器不能抬升负载,而只能降低负载。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供安全螺母的改进效果。
该目的是根据本发明通过将致动器构造成如在权利要求1的特征部分表述的那样而实现。当安全螺母的第二螺纹齿侧面被制成陡斜的(steep)时,如相对于其纵向轴线形成锐角时,则在主螺母失效的情况下通过与心轴的螺纹相啮合而提供巨大的摩擦力。该巨大的摩擦力源自主轴的螺纹仅以外缘与安全螺母的陡斜的齿侧面进行点形啮合的事实。从安全螺母的整个螺纹来看所述点形啮合多少为线性啮合。
在心轴为钢质且安全螺母同样为钢质的情况下,使安全螺母硬化以避免主轴由于磨损而损坏螺母的情形是有利的。
可以使安全螺母以不同的方式跟随主螺母。在实施例中,安全螺母放置在位于主螺母端部的凹陷中,沿轴线延伸的肋凸被设置在所述凹陷中。安全螺母配置有相应的凹槽以接收肋凸。当所述凹槽不是贯通的,而只是遍布安全螺母的高度部分延伸时,可以以简单的方式保证安全螺母的正确安装。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,致动器包括可逆电动机1,该可逆电动机1通过传动装置2驱动主轴3,在该主轴3上被设置成保护主螺母4不转动,使得螺母根据主轴旋转的方向被移出或移入在主轴上。在外管5中被导向的管状推力杆6被固定到主螺母4上,所述推力杆依靠螺母的运动从外管5伸出或退入外管5中。有关的致动器用来提供压力负载。
从图2中的详细视图可以看出,安全螺母7被设置在主螺母4端部的凹陷10中,所述安全螺母相对于主螺母被保护不转动,其方式为安全螺母作为从动部件跟随主螺母,只要主螺母的螺纹是完整无缺的并且未与主轴的螺纹啮合。参考图5-8,安全螺母7被固定住,因为其设置有非贯通凹槽11,该非贯通凹槽11被向内布置在凹陷10中的肋凸12上方。当凹槽11不是贯通的时,保证了安全螺母的简单而正确的安装。
可以发现,主轴3设置有外梯形螺纹,而主螺母4具有与其对应的内螺纹。
安全螺母7具有特殊构造的内螺纹。螺纹的第一齿侧面8与主轴的螺纹相对应。另一方面,螺纹的第二齿侧面9与螺母的纵轴形成锐角v,即齿侧面为陡斜的。
如果主螺母的螺纹失效,例如因为不正常磨损或材料缺陷,推力杆6上的负载将会引起主轴螺母因而还有安全螺母7下垂,即稍微滑回,因此安全螺母的陡斜齿侧面9与朝向远离致动器的主轴螺纹齿侧面的外边缘相接触。安全螺母由此接收负载。
如图3中的示意图示出的,具有强大动力的元件与陡斜的齿侧面相接触,引起巨大的摩擦力。这样就会确保安全状态,在该状态下致动器能够承受住负载,但不是举起它。使用者将会看到推力杆保持静止不动,因为安全螺母与主螺母的连接已经被中断,而安全螺母参与了主轴的旋转。如果负载较低,即推力杆回退,那么主轴将摆脱安全螺母的陡斜的齿侧面而运行,而负载现在被承载在与主轴的螺纹相啮合的安全螺母的第一齿侧面上。
初步测试显示,20°-30°的角度v给出了所期望的摩擦力。
应该理解,本发明也适用于处于拉紧状态下的致动器,那么仅需将安全螺母移动到主螺母的另一侧。很明显,如果致动器处于压力以及拉紧状态下,可以布置相应的安全螺母7a、7b,对比图4-6中所示的实施例。
前面已经对致动器进行了说明,其中,在引导轮廓中被引导的管状推力杆被固定在主轴螺母上。应该理解,可选择的是,致动器可以构造成没有推力杆,但是其中螺母被直接固定在结构中,致动器与所述结构结合在一起,如由授权给Linak A/S的DK 174 457 B1所知道的。

Claims (5)

1.一种线性致动器,包括:设置有外螺纹的主轴(3)、主螺母(4),该主螺母(4)设置有外螺纹并且与主轴的螺纹啮合,安全螺母(7)被布置成与主螺母(4)相连接并设置有内螺纹,其适于使得在主螺母完整无缺的情况下,其不承载接触主轴的螺纹,所述安全螺母的螺纹具有第一齿侧面(8),用来在主螺母的承载能力失效的情况下与主轴的螺纹啮合,其特征在于,安全螺母(7)的第二齿侧面(9)是陡斜的,即与螺母的纵轴线形成锐角。
2.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述锐角v大约为30°。
3.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,安全螺母(7)由金属制成,带有硬化的螺纹。
4.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,安全螺母(7)被安装在主螺母(4)的端部处的凹陷(10)中,沿轴线延伸的肋凸(12)被设置在该凹陷中,并且一凹槽(11)被设置在安全螺母(7)中以便接收肋凸(12),所述凹槽(11)从安全螺母的一个端部延伸过仅安全螺母的高度的一部分。
5.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,安全螺母(7a、7b)被设置在主螺母(4)的每个端部处。
