Description
Claims (11)
- 殺菌すべき水が方向Dに沿って流れる、紫外線による水殺菌設備内の開水路(1)中に装備されるように設計された、紫外線による水殺菌装置であって、
前記装置は、前記方向Dに沿って長手方向に配置された複数のUVランプ形成手段(6)と、互いに平行に配置された複数の垂直モジュール(3)とを含み、
前記複数のUVランプ形成手段(6)は、それぞれが1つのUVランプ(6a)と、UV光線透過材料で作られた保護クラッド(6b)と、これらの連結具とを含み、かつ前記複数のUVランプ形成手段(6)は、前記複数の垂直モジュール(3)に分配されており、
前記複数の垂直モジュールの各モジュールは、上下に設置された少なくとも1列の前記UVランプ形成手段(6)を保持する上流側および下流側の2つの垂直支持形成手段(5、5’)と、この2つの垂直支持形成手段(5、5’)を下方に固定する梁(4)とから構成されている、水殺菌装置において、
前記上流側の垂直支持形成手段(5’)が、前記方向Dに対して垂直なn個の独立した平面(N、N’、N’’など)内に配備され、nが1より大きいことを特徴とする水殺菌装置。 - 前記UVランプ形成手段(6)の上流末端が、前記方向Dに対して垂直なp個の独立した平面(P、P’)内に設置され、pがn以上である、請求項1に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記UVランプ形成手段(6)の全てのUVランプ(6a)が、単一の上流平面(P2)内に設置された上流末端と、単一の下流平面(P2’)内に設置された下流末端とを有する、請求項1または2に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- nおよびpが2である、請求項2又は3に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記方向Dに対して垂直な2つの平面(N、N’)が、互いに5cm〜30cmの距離だけ離れている、請求項4に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記UVランプ形成手段(6)が全て同じ長さを有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記UVランプ形成手段(6)の中心間距離が6〜15cmである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記UVランプ形成手段(6)のそれぞれが、UV光線透過材料で作られた直径2〜6cmの保護クラッド(6b)を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記モジュールの梁(4)がいずれも同じ長さを持ち、かつ単一の上流平面(P3)内に設置された上流末端と、単一の下流平面(P3’)内に配置された下流末端とを有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 前記下流側の垂直支持形成手段(5)が、前記方向Dに対して垂直なn個の平面(N1、N1’)内に配備され、nが1より大である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線による水殺菌装置。
- 殺菌すべき水が方向Dに沿って流れる開水路(1)を含む紫外線による水殺菌設備であって、UVランプ形成手段(6)の上流側の垂直支持形成手段(5’)が前記方向Dに対して垂直なn個の独立した平面(N、N’)内に配備され、nが1より大きい、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の装置を少なくとも1つは含む、水殺菌設備。
