Description
一方、近年、ネオニコチノイド(クロロニコチニル)系という新たな殺虫剤が次々と開発されている。既に欧米では有機リン系やカーバメート系殺虫剤の毒性再評価に伴う適用制限を受け、これらに替わって市場に浸透している。イミダクロプリド(非特許文献1)は代表的なネオニコチノイド系殺虫剤であり、アブラムシ類、コナジラミ類、ウンカ・ヨコバイ類等の半翅目昆虫、コガネムシ類やハムシ類の鞘翅目昆虫防除用の殺虫剤として、世界各国で高く評価されている。日本でも、上記害虫と対象とした農薬、シロアリを対象とした防蟻剤等として広く使用されている。
(実施例)
ビニサイザー40(前述)250g、ソフトアルキルベンゼン50g、ホモゲノールL95(前述)1gを均一に混合して得た溶液に、イミダクロプリド120gを加え、ガラスビーズにて30分間湿式粉砕した。このスラリー96gにスミジュールL−75(前述)4gを添加し均一に混合したものを油相とした。ゴーセノールGL−05(前述)3gをイオン交換水97gに溶解したものを水相とした。水相をT.K.ホモミックミキサーを用いて回転数3500rpmで分散しながら油相溶液を添加した。得られた分散液を回転数500rpmで撹拌しながら、エチレンジアミン0.5g、イオン交換水10gを均一に混合したものを添加した。その後、60℃の湯浴に移し回転数500rpmで撹拌しながら10時間反応させ、マイクロカプセル分散液を得た。これにイミダクロプリド濃度が10%となるようにケルザンS(前述)の0.2%液を加え、比較例1とした。平均粒子径を測定した結果、25μmであった。

実施例1、2及び比較例1〜3の各製剤それぞれ5gにイオン交換水を加えて100mlとした。24時間静置した後にこれらの希釈液をメンブランフィルター(細孔径0.45μm)で濾過し、その濾液を高速液体クロマトグラフィーにて分析しイミダクロプリドの定量を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
直径9cmのプラスチックシャーレに砂を32g敷き詰めた。実施例1、2及びイミダクロプリドのフロアブル製剤をイオン交換水で表1に示す希釈倍率に希釈して、砂の上から8ml処理した。処理直後、イエシロアリ職蟻20頭を放ち、それぞれ放飼24時間後に生死を調査し、死虫率を算出した。なお、実験は3反復で行った。その結果を表2に示す。
Claims (2)
- イミダクロプリドを水非混和性有機溶剤に懸濁させたスラリーを、湿式粉砕した後、ウレタン系高分子重合体を添加して均一混合物とし、これを水中に液滴として分散して、液滴の界面に膜を形成させることを特徴とするマイクロカプセル剤の製造方法。
- ウレタン系高分子重合体が、分子量1000〜100000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロカプセル剤の製造方法。
