Description
勿論、誘導発熱機構と一体化した支持ロッドの少なくとも一端部を、支持ロッドの外周面に取り付けた電磁石の、誘導発熱機構に働く重力と逆方向の吸引作用によりジャーナルの内周面から離して支持するので、軸受に機械的な制限がなく軸受の長寿命化が図れ、軸受の保守、点検、交換などのための着脱作業が不要となり、また、ローラの組立、解体における作業性が大幅に改善されるとともに、支持ロッドのジャーナルの中空内面に対する位置の調整がし易く、この調整により簡単に誘導発熱機構の共振による振動の作用力に抗することができ、ローラ軸受機能の喪失を防止することができる。

Claims (1)
- ローラの両側に取り付けられた中空のジャーナルの外周を、その両側で軸受を介して機台に回転自在に支持するとともに、前記ローラを誘導発熱させるための誘導発熱機構を、前記両側のジャーナルの中空内を挿通する支持ロッドに固定して前記ローラの内部に設置してなる誘導発熱ローラ装置において、少なくとも一側の前記ジャーナルの内周面を磁性体で構成するとともに、前記ジャーナル内に位置する前記支持ロッドの外周面に少なくとも一つの電磁石を設け、前記電磁石の磁極を前記磁性体と対向させ、前記電磁石の磁極に発生する磁力により、前記電磁石を設けた側の前記支持ロッドの端部を前記ジャーナル内で懸垂させてなることを特徴とする誘導発熱ローラ装置。
