Claims (1)
- 燃料電池冷却系と空調冷却系との間で冷媒を共通化して協調制御を行う協調冷却システムであって、
燃料電池本体であるFCスタックとFCラジエータとの間をFC冷媒ポンプによってFC側冷媒を循環させるFC循環流路と、
空調用ヒートポンプであるACヒートポンプとAC側冷媒との間で熱交換を行うAC熱交換器と、AC側冷媒を流して送風との間で熱交換を行うヒートコアと、AC熱交換器とヒートコアを配置するAC熱交換流路と、熱交換流路の両端を接続する接続流路と、AC冷媒ポンプとを有し、AC側冷媒を循環させるAC循環流路と、
FC循環流路と、AC循環流路との間に設けられる制御弁であって、FC循環流路とAC循環流路とを遮断する遮断状態と、AC循環流路の接続流路を開放してAC熱交換流路をFC循環流路に並列に連結してFC側冷媒とAC側冷媒とを共通化する連結状態との間を切り換える制御弁と、
FC循環流路に設けられ、FC循環流路からAC熱交換流路に流れ込むFC側冷媒の温度を検出するFC冷媒温度検出手段と、
制御弁が遮断状態のときのAC循環流路のAC冷媒温度を推定する手段であって、予め定めた適当なタイミングあるいは予め定めた適当な時間間隔で一旦制御弁を連結状態とし、そのときにFC冷媒温度検出手段によって検出されたFC側冷媒の温度に基づき、ヒートコア及びAC熱交換器における熱交換量とを補正してその状態におけるAC循環流路の冷媒温度を推定する循環冷媒温度推定手段と、
を備え、その後再び遮断状態に戻すことを特徴とする燃料電池と空調の協調冷却システム。
