Claims (16)
- 産業プロセスをモニタし制御するために使用する着脱可能オペレータインタフェースを備えたプロセス装置において、
送信機のゼロおよびスパン設定をするのに用いられるスイッチ、およびダイオードを含む着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースに接続された接続端子と、
前記着脱可能なオペレータインタフェース中の前記ダイオードの存在を周期的に検知することにより該着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースの存在を検出し、出力を提供するように構成されたテスト回路と、
前記着脱可能オペレータインタフェースに応答して装置の設定を格納するように構成された不揮発性メモリと、
前記着脱可能オペレータインタフェースが前記プロセス装置から切り離された場合に、前記テスト回路からの前記出力に基づいて前記格納された装置の設定が変更されるのを禁止することにより、前記装置の設定が変更されないように構成されたラッチ要素と、
前記産業プロセスのプロセス変数を感知するように構成されたセンサとを具備するプロセス装置。 - 前記プロセス装置が、産業プロセスのプロセス変数をモニタするように構成された産業プロセス送信機を含む請求項1に記載のプロセス装置。
- さらに、前記着脱可能オペレータインタフェースを前記装置に通信可能に接続するように構成された二方向通信バスを含む請求項1に記載のプロセス装置。
- 前記二方向通信バスがCANプロトコルに従っている請求項3に記載のプロセス装置。
- 前記装置の設定が、プロセスパラメータのための測定値の範囲に相当する出力値の範囲を定義するゼロおよびスパン設定である請求項1に記載のプロセス装置。
- 前記装置の設定が警報の設定を含む請求項1に記載のプロセス装置。
- 前記装置の設定が書き込み保護の設定を含む請求項1に記載のプロセス装置。
- 前記ラッチ要素がソフトウェアで実施される請求項1に記載のプロセス装置。
- プロセス装置における装置設定を格納する方法であって、
送信機のゼロおよびスパン設定をするのに用いられるスイッチ、およびダイオードを含む着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースを前記プロセス装置に付加すること、
前記着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースと前記プロセス装置との間の接続を前記ダイオードの存在により周期的に検知すること、
前記着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースからのマニュアル入力を読むこと、
前記着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースが前記検知により検出された場合に、前記マニュアル入力に応答して前記プロセス装置中の装置設定を格納すること、
および、前記着脱可能なオペレータインタフェースが前記検知により前記プロセス装置から切り離されたと検知された場合に前記装置設定を変更できないように、前記格納された装置設定をラッチし、格納されている装置設定が変化するのを禁止することからなるプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。 - 産業プロセスのプロセス変数をモニタすることを含む請求項9に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
- さらに、適応された着脱可能オペレータインタフェースと二方向通信することを含む請求項9に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
- 前記二方向通信がCANプロトコルに従ってなされる請求項11に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
- 前記装置設定が、プロセスパラメータの測定値の範囲に相当する出力値の範囲を定義するゼロ及びスパン設定を含む請求項9に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
- 前記装置設定が警報の設定を含む請求項9に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
- 前記装置設定が書き込み保護の設定を含む請求項9に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
- ソフトウェアでラッチのステップを実現することを含む請求項9に記載のプロセス装置における装置設定格納方法。
