Claims (3)
- a)クラッチ(1)は、ロータ(4)を備え、このロータには、摩擦ライニング(2)が設けられており、ロータ(4)は、第1シャフト(3)に対して回転しないよう固定された状態で、第1シャフト(3)に接続されており、ロータ(4)には、電気コイル(6)だけでなく、アーマチュアプレート(10)が配置されており、アーマチュアプレート(10)は、第2シャフト(9)に対して回転しないように固定された状態で、係合端部位置から非係合端部位置へ軸方向に移動することができるようにして、この第2シャフト(9)に接続されており、
b)前記ロータ(4)には、第1永久磁石(14)が配置されており、
c)クラッチ(1)は、前記第1永久磁石(14)の磁力と反対の軸方向の力を前記アーマチュアプレート(10)に加える手段を備え、この手段が、アーマチュアプレート(10)とストッパー(19)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの第2永久磁石(20)よりなり、このストッパー(19)が前記ロータ(4)の摩擦ライニング(2)から軸方向に離間しており、
d)前記アーマチュアプレート(10)が係合端部位置にある場合において、前記コイル(6)が附勢されていない時、前記第1永久磁石(14)および第2永久磁石(20)によって前記アーマチュアプレート(10)に加えられる力は、前記ロータ(4)の摩擦ライニング(2)に対してアーマチュアプレート(10)を押圧し、一方前記アーマチュアプレートが非係合端部位置にある場合に、前記アーマチュアプレート(10)が、ストッパー(19)を押圧するように、第1永久磁石(10)と第2永久磁石(20)が選択されており、
e)発生する磁界が、電流の方向に応じて、前記アーマチュアプレート(10)を係合端部位置または非係合端部位置に移動させるように、前記電気コイル(6)に電流を加えることができるようになっていることを特徴とする、電磁摩擦係合クラッチ。 - 前記第2シャフト(9)は、回転しないように固定された状態で、アーマチュアプレートキャリア(11)に接続されており、かつ前記キャリア(11)は、前記アーマチュアプレート(10)内の対応する溝状リセス(13)に係合する軸方向ガイド(12)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ。
- 前記ロータ(4)は、前記摩擦ライニング(2)と反対の側において、リセス(5)を有し、かつこのリセスに、前記コイル(6)の少なくとも一部が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1若しくは2に記載のクラッチ。
