Description
本発明の実施形態1に係る駆動装置1は、図3に示すように、ステージ11と、超音波アクチュエータ2と、該超音波アクチュエータ2を駆動制御する制御装置(図示省略)とを備えている。
次に、本発明の実施形態2に係る超音波アクチュエータ202について説明する。
本発明は、前記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (10)
- 圧電素子と該圧電素子に電圧を印加するための本体側給電電極とを有し、振動方向が互いに異なる複数の振動を行うことで駆動力を出力するアクチュエータ本体と、
前記アクチュエータ本体を収容すると共に、該アクチュエータ本体に給電するための基礎側給電電極が設けられた基礎部と、
絶縁部と導電部とが積層された導電性ゴムで構成され、前記本体側給電電極と前記基礎側給電電極とを導通させると共に該アクチュエータ本体の振動の非ノード部において該アクチュエータ本体に該振動の振動方向へ圧縮力を予め付与した状態で前記基礎部と前記アクチュエータ本体との間に配設された予圧手段とを備え、
前記予圧手段は、導電性ゴムの積層方向が前記アクチュエータ本体の複数の振動方向を含む平面に交差する方向を向いている振動型アクチュエータ。 - 前記予圧手段は、導電性ゴムの積層方向が前記アクチュエータ本体の複数の振動方向と直交する方向を向いている請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記予圧手段は、前記アクチュエータ本体における前記振動の腹の位置に設けられている請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記予圧手段は、前記アクチュエータ本体の中心を挟んで両側から該アクチュエータ本体に圧縮力を付与する請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータ本体は、2次モードの屈曲振動と1次モードの縦振動とを行う請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータ本体は、振動方向が互いに異なる第1の振動と第2の振動とを行うと共に、前記予圧手段の圧縮力によって該第1の振動の共振周波数と該第2の振動の共振周波数とが一致するように構成されている請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータ本体は、振動方向が互いに異なる第1の振動と第2の振動とを行うと共に、前記予圧手段の圧縮力によって該第2の振動の共振周波数が該第1の振動の共振周波数よりも高くなるように構成されている請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の振動型アクチュエータと、
前記振動型アクチュエータに対して相対的に移動可能に構成された相対可動体と、
前記相対可動体に前記振動型アクチュエータを付勢する付勢手段とを備える駆動装置。 - 前記付勢手段は、絶縁部と導電部とが積層された導電性ゴムで構成され、
前記導電性ゴムの積層方向が前記アクチュエータ本体の複数の振動方向を含む平面に交差する方向を向いている請求項8に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記付勢手段は、導電性ゴムの積層方向が前記アクチュエータ本体の複数の振動方向と直交する方向を向いている請求項9に記載の駆動装置。
