Description
前記ポリエステルポリオールの重量平均分子量が、8,000〜15,000であり、かつ、前記ポリカーボネートポリオールの重量平均分子量が、8,000〜15,000であることを特徴とする。
ハルスはラジカル補足剤で、紫外線吸収剤と併用することでさらに効果が高くなることが知られており、本発明においても好ましくは紫外線吸収剤とハルスの混合、より好ましくは1:2(重量比)の混合とする。配合量は、紫外線吸収剤とハルスの合計量で全組成物中0.5〜2重量%である。0.5重量%未満では光による塗膜という本来の目的が充分達せられず、2重量%を超えても特別大きな障害にはならないが多く添加する利点もなく経済的に不利である。
〔水性塗料の調製に用いた成分〕
*ポリエステルポリオール:分子量10,000〔バイエル(BAYER)社製、「Bayhydur PR−340」(商品名)〕を用いた。
*ポリカーボネートポリオール:分子量10,000〔ノベオン(Noveon)社製、「PC 51」(商品名)〕を用いた。
*ポリイソシアネート:ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート〔ローディア(Rhodia)社製、「
WF2102」(商品名)〕を用いた。
*ジメチロール化合物:ジメチロールプロピオン酸〔アルドリッチ(Aldrich)社製〕を用いた。
*光安定剤:ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤〔チバ・スペシャリティ・ケミカルズ(Ciba Specalty Chemicals)社製、「Tinuvin 1130」(商品名)ヒドロキシフェニル−ベンゾトリアゾール〕と、1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジニル系ハルス〔1−(メチル)−8−(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジニル)セバケートと1,8−ビス(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジニル)セバケートの混合物、チバ・スペシャリティ・ケミカルズ社製、「Tinuvin 292」(商品名)〕とを1:2(重量比)で混合して用いた。
*増粘剤:ウレタン系増粘剤〔エリメンチス(Elimentis Speciarties)社製、「Rheolate 224」(商品名)〕を用いた。
*つや消し剤:シリカ〔デグサ(Degussa)社製、「Acematt TS−100」(商品名)〕を用いた。
*有機溶剤:プロピレングリコールメチルエーテル〔ライオンデル・ケミカル(LYONDELL Chemical)社製、「ARCOSOLV PM」(商品名)〕と、ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル〔ライオンデル・ケミカル(LYONDELL Chemical)社製、「ARCOSOLV DPM」(商品名)〕を1:1(重量比)で混合して使用した。
*試験片:ポリプロピレン素材の試験片〔現代(ヒュンダイ)エンジニアリング・プラスチック社製、「HT240」(商品名)〕に水性プライマーを7〜20ミクロン程度塗装し、80℃で10分間乾燥した後、表1の組成の水性塗料を20〜25ミクロン塗装した。室温で10分間放置した後、80℃で20分間乾燥し試験片とした。
Claims (7)
- ポリエステルポリオール15〜20重量%、ポリカーボネートポリオール5〜10重量%、ポリイソシアネート5〜12重量%、ジメチロール化合物0.3〜2重量%、顔料2〜5重量%、光安定剤0.5〜2重量%、増粘剤0.3〜2重量%、つや消し剤3〜7重量%、有機溶剤2〜5重量%を含み、残部が水で全体を100重量%とした組成でなる水性塗料組成物であって、
前記ポリエステルポリオールの重量平均分子量が、8,000〜15,000であり、かつ、前記ポリカーボネートポリオールの重量平均分子量が、8,000〜15,000であることを特徴とする水性塗料組成物。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートが、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートから選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 前記ジメチロール化合物が、ジメチロールプロピオン酸、ジメチロールブタン酸から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 前記光安定剤が、紫外線吸収剤、ハルス(立体障害性アミン光安定剤)から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 前記増粘剤が、アクリル系増粘剤、ウレタン系増粘剤から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 前記つや消し剤が、シリカ、ワックス、シリカ含有ワックスから選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 前記有機溶剤が、酢酸エチル、酢酸プロピル、酢酸ブチル、エチレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジエチルグリコールメチルエーテル、ブチレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジブチレングリコールメチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルから選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性塗料組成物。
