Claims (7)
- セパレータと、シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体とが交互に積層され、
前記シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体は、膜電極接合体とガスケットシール部とを備え、
前記ガスケットシール部には、前記シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体の両面側に伸びる突起部が少なくとも1つ形成され、
前記セパレータは、前記突起部が嵌合する凹部を備え、
隣り合う前記シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体の互いに対向する面において、前記突起部がシールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体に対して垂直な方向から見た場合に互いに重複しないように形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 前記突起部は、前記シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体のそれぞれに2つ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池。
- 前記突起部は、前記シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体の2つの対角部のそれぞれに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料電池。
- 隣り合う前記シールガスケット一体型膜電極接合体において、前記突起部が形成されている対角部が互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料電池。
- 前記セパレータは、内部に冷却媒体流路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の燃料電池。
- 前記突起部は、前記ガスケットシール部と同じ材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池。
- 前記突起部は、前記ガスケットシール部の弾性率よりも高い弾性率を有する材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池。
