Claims (6)
- 患部近傍の血管内に挿入される位置決め用カテーテルと、前記患部に到達するように挿入される処置用カテーテルと、前記両カテーテルにそれぞれ設けられ、相互間で引き合う方向に磁気的力が作用する前記各カテーテルの先端部に軸方向に離間して少なくとも2箇所以上設けた被吸着部材と磁石とからなる吸着手段と、を有する医療デバイスであって、
前記位置決め用カテーテルを冠状静脈あるいは冠状動脈に挿入すると共に、前記患部近傍での位置を保持し、前記処置用カテーテルを左心房にある前記患部に到達するように挿入すると共に、前記位置決め用カテーテルの軸線と平行になるように設置し、前記左心房を流れる血液により浮動する前記処置用カテーテルに設けられた前記被吸着部材と磁石のいずれか一方と、前記位置決め用カテーテルに設けられた前記被吸着部材と磁石のいずれか他方との間で作用する前記磁気的力により、前記処置用カテーテルの浮動を規制することを特徴とする医療デバイス。 - 前記位置決め用カテーテルと前記処置用カテーテルは、先端部にマーカーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記処置用カテーテルは、ガイドカテーテルと、当該ガイドカテーテル内に挿入され、先端部に吻合手段を有する手技カテーテルと、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記処置用カテーテルは、前記ガイドカテーテルの先端部に、前記位置決め用カテーテルとの間で引き合う方向に磁気的力が作用する前記吸着手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記吻合手段は、前記患部に穿刺し当該患部の開口部を狭小にするように変形する所定長の形状記憶合金の細い線材から構成されたクリップ部材である請求項3又は4に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記医療デバイスは、僧坊弁の開口部の面積を小さくするために用いる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
