Description
金型に接して保持される保持部と、金型に接しない胴部とを有し、外郭を形成するホルダーと、
胴部内に充填される粒状樹脂と、を備えたものである。
先ず、本実施の形態の概要を説明する。本実施の形態は、電磁誘導加熱が可能な調理器具に用いるカーボン凝結体成形品の製造に関するものである。成形材料のフェノール樹脂の未硬化物とカーボン粉粒との混合物を、加温した金型内に射出成形による加圧充填によって成形品を得る手段として、金型内底部に配して減圧状態に維持するため、成形材料の最終充填部分に位置するガス抜き孔用フィルタ(カーボン射出成形のガス抜き孔用フィルタ)の構造を適正化したものである。
Claims (4)
- カーボン粉粒と結合材との混合物を成形材料として金型に充填する射出成形の工程で、前記金型における前記成形材料の最終充填部分に設けられた開口部に取り付けて使用されるカーボン射出成形のガス抜き孔用フィルタであって、
内部が排気孔をなし前記金型に接して保持される保持部と、前記金型に接しない胴部とを有し、外郭を形成するホルダーと、
軟化点が所定温度近傍であり、前記胴部内に充填される粒状樹脂と、を備え、
前記金型が前記所定温度に加熱された状態で、前記金型に前記成形材料が充填され、前記開口部に取り付けられた前記ガス抜き孔用フィルタに前記成形材料が達すると、前記粒状樹脂のうち、前記保持部の近傍に位置する粒状樹脂のみが、当該粒状樹脂を構成する粒子間の空隙を閉塞するように変形することを特徴とするカーボン射出成形のガス抜き用フィルタ。 - 前記胴部が、前記保持部の下方に固定されて保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボン射出成形のガス抜き用フィルタ。
- 前記胴部が、前記保持部よりも熱伝導性が低い物質で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のカーボン射出成形のガス抜き用フィルタ。
- 前記排気孔が、ハニカム構造の排気孔であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のカーボン射出成形のガス抜き用フィルタ。
