Description
図面、特に図1及び2を参照すると、本発明の第一実施形態を含む内視鏡画像システムが示されている。特に図1を参照すると、内視鏡画像システム24を使用して患者22の内視鏡検査を実行する医師20が示されている。内視鏡26は、患者22に挿入される。内視鏡26で見られる画像は、高速データ転送が可能な携帯型内視鏡デジタルカメラ28に受信され、次に、例えばUSBケーブルである高速データ転送接続ケーブル32によりコンピュータ30に伝送される。ケーブル32は多機能インターフェースカード34に接続され、また、該カード34はカメラ28に電力を供給する。代替的に、高速データ転送接続がコンピュータ・デバイスに組み込まれる場合には、多機能インターフェースカードなしに、高速データ転送接続ケーブルが直接コンピュータ又は類似のコンピュータ・デバイスに接続されることが可能である。本発明に係る高速データ転送の例は、IEEE1394,USB,BLUETOOTH(ブルートゥース)、802.11.b(又は類似の無線技術)のような各種のプロトコルを含む。更に代替的には、カメラ28は、バッテリ動作可能(電池で動作可能)でも良い。コンピュータ30によれば、医師20が、カメラ28を制御し、更に、検査中に受信したデータを操作することが可能になる。内視鏡画像36は、コンピュータスクリーン38上に表示される。コンピュータスクリーン38は、ノート型コンピュータ上のオンボード型スクリーンでも良いし、或いは、コンピュータ30にネットワーク接続された独立のモニタ、或いは、デスクトップのワークステーション・コンピュータでも良い。
Claims (9)
- 各種の内視鏡に互換使用可能に構成された携帯型の手持ち(hand-held)内視鏡システム(60)であって、
第1端及び第2端を有し、該第1端は接眼レンズを有し、該第2端は観察端を有する内視鏡(26,52)と、バッテリ動作可能な一体型デジタル内視鏡カメラ(28)と、を備え、
前記内視鏡カメラ(28)が、カメラ本体(94)と、光学的入力部(44)と、観察スクリーン(64)と、内視鏡カメラ(28)の末端部に配置され、内視鏡(26,52)の接眼レンズに取り外し可能に連結された連結器(40)と、デジタル信号プロセッサ(120)と、前記デジタル信号プロセッサ(120)からのデータを処理し、前記観察スクリーン(64)に画像を表示する組み込みソフトウェアを含むメモリ(132)と、前記カメラ本体(94)と前記観察スクリーン(64)との間に動作可能に配置された揺動旋回点ヒンジ(80)と、を有し、
前記内視鏡カメラは、無線高速データ転送入力/出力インターフェース(134)を含み、これにより、前記デジタル信号プロセッサ(120)が外部装置に連結され、
前記外部装置がコンピュータ(30)を含み、
前記揺動旋回点ヒンジ(80)は、前記観察スクリーンが前記カメラ本体(94)に対して任意の方向に変位されるのを許容することを特徴とする内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記内視鏡は、可撓性の内視鏡(52)及び剛体の内視鏡(26)からなるグループから選択される、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記内視鏡カメラは、データを記憶するための取り外し可能なデジタル媒体記憶カード(130)を少なくとも1つ備える、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記デジタル信号プロセッサ(120)からのデータを処理し、前記観察スクリーン(64)に画像を表示する組み込みソフトウェアを含む前記メモリ(132)は、オンボード型メモリを備える、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記無線高速データ転送入力/出力インターフェース(134)は、ライブ画像データ伝送機能、及び、蓄積/転送・機能の両方を提供可能である、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記内視鏡カメラは、外部観察装置に連結可能であるアナログ出力(144)を生成する、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記内視鏡カメラは、前記内視鏡から取得する画像の焦点を合わせるフォーカスリング(44)を含む、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記内視鏡カメラは、前記内視鏡から取得した画像を拡大するズームリング(84)を含む、内視鏡システム。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムにおいて、前記観察スクリーン(64)は、LCD観察スクリーン及びLED観察スクリーンからなるグループから選択される、内視鏡システム。
