Claims (10)

1. Endoskopisches Intubationssystem, insbesondere für Kleinstkinder, mit einem Endoskop (12) und mit einem en­ dotrachealen Tubus (14), wobei das Endoskop (12) einen im wesentlichen biegesteifen Schaft (18) aufweist, dessen Au­ ßendurchmesser geringfügig kleiner ist als ein Innendurch­ messer des Tubus (14), so daß der Tubus (14) auf den Schaft (18) aufgeschoben werden kann, und wobei der Schaft (18) zumindest teilweise gekrümmt ist, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Schaft (18) vom distalen Ende (20) aus­ gehend einen kontinuierlich gekrümmten Bereich (24) auf­ weist.
2. Intubationssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius der Krümmung des gekrümmten Bereichs (24) des Schafts (18) etwa konstant ist.
3. Intubationssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß sich der gekrümmte Bereich (24) des Schafts (18) über zumindest zwei Drittel der Gesamtlänge des Schafts (18) erstreckt.
4. Intubationssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den kontinuierlich ge­ krümmten Bereich (24) ein gerader Bereich (26) anschließt, auf dem ein Adapter (30) zum Fixieren des Tubus (14) am Schaft (18) angeordnet ist.
5. Intubationssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Adapter (30) auf dem Schaft (18) längsverschiebbar und arretierbar ist.
6. Intubationssystem nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Adapter (30) einen Anschluß zum An­ schließen eines Zuluftschlauches aufweist.
7. Intubationssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des Schafts (18) um gerade soviel geringer ist als der Innendurchmes­ ser des Tubus (14), daß zwischen Schaft (18) und Tubus (14) ein Luftspalt verbleibt.
8. Intubationssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß am proximalen Ende (28) des Schafts (18) eine Videokamera (16) angeordnet ist, über die ein vergrößertes endoskopisches Bild erhalten wird.
9. Intubationssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Videokamera (16) über eine Kupplung (40) mit dem Endoskop (12) verbunden und von diesem abnehmbar ist.
10. Intubationssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des Schafts (18) aus einem Bereich von etwa 1,5 mm bis 2,5 mm ausge­ wählt ist und vorzugsweise etwa 2 mm beträgt.
