Claims (9)
- 下側基板と、この下側基板と対面した状態で設けられ上記下側基板との間で密封空間をつくる上側基板と、上記下側基板の内表面に設けられ有機発光層を有する積層体とを備えたエレクトロルミネッセンス素子に内蔵されるエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材であって、それ自体の上下両面に接着面を有する接着部材と、所定の気体成分を除去する除去剤と、この除去剤の下面の少なくとも一部を被覆する通気部付きのシート材とを備え、上記接着部材が、その上面の接着面を利用して上記上側基板の内表面に接着固定され、下面の接着面を利用して上記除去剤の上面側を接着固定し、上記除去剤が上記接着部材と上記通気部付きのシート材との間に挟持された状態で、上記通気部付きのシート材の周縁部が上記接着部材に接着されていることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- 通気部がポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる多孔体である請求項1記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- 通気部が結晶構造を有する高分子からなる多孔体である請求項1記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- 通気部が熱可塑性樹脂からなる多孔体である請求項1記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- 熱可塑性樹脂がポリオレフィン系樹脂である請求項4記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- シート材が、中央部分が通気部からなり、その通気部の外側が非多孔体からなっている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- 接着部材の25℃における弾性率が1×103 〜1×1010Paの範囲である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- それ自体の25℃における弾性率が1MPa以上である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
- それ自体の厚みが5mm以下である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用部材。
