Claims (5)
- 油循環潤滑のための潤滑系と、エンジンブロックに配置された複数のシリンダに冷却水を供給するための冷却系と、内燃機関を圧縮空気で始動するための始動系を備え、前記各系に分配管が付属し、該分配管が分岐管ないし供給管を介してエンジンブロックの各管路に接続されている内燃機関において、
潤滑系と冷却系と始動系の分配管が、1個の共通の構造ユニットの形に結集され、該構造ユニットが、潤滑油通路(22)と冷却水給排路付き冷却水通路(23)と始動空気通路(24)を形成すべく複数の配管セグメント(21)から構成され、複数の配管セグメント(21)から成る構造ユニットが、別個の連絡管(26〜29)により各潤滑系と冷却系と始動系のエンジン内部管路への接続が生じるようにエンジンブロック(30)に沿って配置されたことを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 各配管セグメント(21)が少なくとも3個の通路(22、23、24)を有する鋳造品として形成され、該鋳造品がモジュール状に組立品の形に結合され、各鋳造品が、少なくとも1個の冷却水入口(26)と冷却水出口(27)と少なくとも1個の油入口(29)と少なくとも1個の始動空気入口(28)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関。
- 配管セグメント(21)から成る組立品が、シリンダ(25)の排気管(32)に対して平行に、該排気管(32)が配管セグメント(21)に支持され、配管セグメント(21)がエンジンブロック(30)に固定されるように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関。
- シリンダ(25)がV形に配置されており、配管セグメント(21)の組立品がシリンダ(25)間で排気管(25)の下側に配置され、各シリンダ(25)および供給すべき他の箇所への媒体接続(26、27、28)が、差込み接続要素の形をした連絡管により実現されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の内燃機関。
- 配管セグメント(21)が4個のシリンダ(25)に供給することを特徴とする請求項4記載の内燃機関。
