Claims (4)
- 有底筒状の金属製正極缶内に、リチウムを負極作用物質とする発電要素が収容され、その正極缶の開口端部がカシメ加工されることにより、その正極缶の開口端部と負極端子板の周縁部の間にガスケットが挟持されて正極缶内が気密封止されたボビン形リチウム一次電池において、上記正極缶の素材がニッケルメッキ鋼板であるとともに、上記正極缶と上記負極端子板の間に多孔質で弾力性と保液性を有する電気絶縁性リングが介装され、この電気絶縁性リングによって正極缶の開口端部付近に防錆剤が保持されるようにしたことを特徴とするボビン形リチウム一次電池。
- 請求項1において、上記電気絶縁性リングに、鋼板の防錆効果がある薬剤が含浸されていることを特徴とするボビン形リチウム一次電池。
- 請求項1または2において、上記電気絶縁性リングが、正極缶の開口端部と負極端子板の周縁部に跨って接していることを特徴とするボビン形リチウム一次電池。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかかにおいて、上記正極缶の胴部および肩部が熱収縮樹脂チューブで被覆されているとともに、この熱収縮樹脂チューブによって上記電気絶縁性リングが拘束・固定されていることを特徴とするボビン形リチウム一次電池。
