Description
Claims (30)
- バイアルの開口部を覆って配置された穿孔可能なシールを含むバイアル・クロージャを有する前記バイアルにアクセスするためのバイアル・アダプタであって、
前記バイアル・アダプタを前記バイアルに固定して取り付けるための、前記バイアルと係合する取付け装置を有するハウジングと、
薬剤口及び通気口を有する本体部分であり、薬剤用管腔が前記薬剤口につながり、通気用管腔が前記通気口につながり、前記薬剤用管腔及び通気用管腔が互いに離れている本体部分と、
バイアルの内容物にアクセスするために、前記バイアル・クロージャのシールを穿孔する鋭利な先端部を有し、前記ハウジング内に位置するカニューレであり、前記本体の薬剤用管腔と流体連通した薬剤用管腔と、前記本体の通気用管腔と流体連通した通気用管腔とを有し、前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔及び前記カニューレの通気用管腔がそれぞれ、前記鋭利なカニューレに配置された開口部を有するカニューレとを備え、
前記カニューレの通気用管腔が、内側の壁及び外側の壁を有しており、前記外側の壁が前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔に対して配置されるよりも、前記内側の壁が前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔に対してより近くに配置されており、前記カニューレの通気用管腔は、前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔を少なくとも部分的に包み込んでおり、前記本体の通気用管腔及び前記カニューレの通気用管腔を通る空気の流量が、前記本体の薬剤用管腔と前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔の組合せを通る薬剤の流量と少なくとも同じになるように、前記カニューレの通気用管腔の断面形状の断面積が、前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔の断面形状の断面積と等しいか、又はそれよりも大きくなっている、バイアル・アダプタ。 - 前記カニューレの通気用管腔の内側の壁の断面形状が概して凹形であって形成角を含み、前記形成角の頂点が前記カニューレの通気用管腔の外側の壁に向いている、請求項1に記載のバイアル・アダプタ。
- 前記カニューレの通気用管腔の外側の壁の断面形状が概して凸形である、請求項2に記載のバイアル・アダプタ。
- 前記概して凸形の外側の壁及び概して凹形の内側の壁が、2つの側壁によって相互連結される、請求項3に記載のバイアル・アダプタ。
- 前記側壁が、本質的に直線であるが、前記鋭利なカニューレの長手方向中心線からの半径上に位置合わせされていない、請求項4に記載のバイアル・アダプタ。
- 前記カニューレの通気用管腔の内側の壁の断面形状が、鈍角をなす直線部分を含み、鈍角の頂点が、外側の壁に面する、請求項1に記載のバイアル・アダプタ。
- 前記カニューレの通気用管腔の前記内側の壁が、前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔に面するように向けられ、それにより、前記カニューレの通気用管腔を、前記カニューレ内で前記カニューレの薬剤用管腔のより近くに配置することができて、直径の小さいカニューレをもたらし、しかも、通気用管腔の大きさが少なくとも前記薬剤用管腔と同じである、請求項1に記載のバイアル・アダプタ。
