Description
Claims (6)
- 特に母材又は母材の混合物に埋め込まれることに適した繊維ベースの強化材製造用プロセスであって、以下のステップ:即ち繊維ベースの材料を準備し、そして再位置決め可能な接着剤をこうして得られた材料の少なくとも一つの表面上に配置するステップと、前記繊維ベースの材料の再位置決めを行うステップを実行することから構成されることを特徴とする製造プロセス。
- 請求項1による繊維ベースの強化材製造プロセスであって、除去可能なセパレータを再位置決め可能な接着剤の該層を受けた表面上に設置する補助ステップからなることを特徴とする製造プロセス。
- 請求項1又は2による繊維ベースの強化材製造プロセスであって、シート状に切り取るか又は巻き上げるステップからなることを特徴とする製造プロセス。
- 請求項1又は2による繊維ベースの強化材の製造プロセスであって、その機械的特性を調整することにより再位置決め可能な接着剤を選択することから構成され、これにより汚染を起こさずに使用される母材と互換性を持つことを特徴とする製造プロセス。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の繊維ベースの強化材製造プロセスであって、再位置決め可能な接着剤がスプレーにより補強の製造プロセスの出口で適用されることを特徴とする製造プロセス。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の繊維ベースの強化材製造プロセスであって、接着剤は熱溶融接着剤から選択されることを特徴とする製造プロセス。
