Claims (3)
- 複数個の単一セルを直列接続して電気二重層キャパシタユニットを構成し、そのユニットに各セルの分担電圧を測定するタブを複数設け、
これらタブにシリコンゴムで絶縁被覆されたリード線の一端を接続し、各々絶縁被覆されたリード線をシリコンゴムからなる絶縁被覆部にて束ね、キャパシタユニットをアルミラミネートフィルムで囲繞する際に、ユニットの集電端子を外部に導出し、前記リード線を前記絶縁被覆部を介して外部に導出して、前記フィルム及び前記絶縁被覆部を熱溶着し、前記フィルム内部を真空にして、導出されたリード線で各セルの分担電圧を測定する
ことを特徴とする積層型電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 複数個の単一セルを直列接続して電気二重層キャパシタユニットを構成し、そのユニットに各セルの分担電圧を測定するタブを複数設け、
これらタブにフッ素ゴムで絶縁被覆されたリード線の一端を接続し、各々絶縁被覆されたリード線をフッ素ゴムからなる絶縁被覆部にて束ね、キャパシタユニットをアルミラミネートフィルムで囲繞する際に、ユニットの集電端子を外部に導出し、前記リード線を前記絶縁被覆部を介して外部に導出して、前記フィルム及び前記絶縁被覆部を熱溶着し、前記フィルム内部を真空にして、導出されたリード線で各セルの分担電圧を測定する
ことを特徴とする積層型電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 前記キャパシタユニットのタブ側には、補強体を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の積層型電気二重層キャパシタ。
