Description
(1)静翼と該静翼1枚宛に分割形成される内側及び外側シュラウド部を一体形成し、前記外側シュラウド部において、互いに周方向に隣接する静翼複数枚分をバンド部材で連結し、これを1ユニットとして周方向に複数連接してなると共に、前記外側シュラウド部を更に前記バンド部材とは別の補助バンド部材で静翼複数枚分を連結した、ことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 静翼と該静翼1枚宛に分割形成される内側及び外側シュラウド部を一体形成し、
前記外側シュラウド部において、互いに周方向に隣接する静翼複数枚分をバンド部材で連結し、
これを1ユニットとして周方向に複数連接してなると共に、
前記外側シュラウド部を更に前記バンド部材とは別の補助バンド部材で静翼複数枚分を連結した、
ことを特徴とする軸流圧縮機の静翼環。 - 前記バンド部材が直接車室側の案内溝部に摺動自在に嵌合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸流圧縮機の静翼環。
- 前記バンド部材で連結された外側シュラウド部が直接車室側の案内溝部に摺動自在に嵌合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸流圧縮機の静翼環。
- 静翼と該静翼1枚宛に分割形成される内側及び外側シュラウド部を一体形成し、
前記外側シュラウド部において、互いに周方向に隣接する静翼複数枚分をバンド部材で連結し、
前記内側シュラウド部においては、互いに周方向に隣接する静翼複数枚分の長さを有したシールホルダで挾持し、
これを1ユニットとして周方向に複数連接してなると共に、
前記外側シュラウド部を更に前記バンド部材とは別の補助バンド部材で静翼複数枚分を連結した、
ことを特徴とする軸流圧縮機の静翼環。 - 前記内側シュラウド部においては、互いに周方向に隣接する静翼複数枚分の長さを有したシールホルダで挾持することを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3記載の軸流圧縮機の静翼環。
- 前記シールホルダが作動流体の流れ方向に2分割されて締結手段で締結されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の軸流圧縮機の静翼環。
- 前記内側シュラウド部と前記シールホルダとはピン結合されることを特徴とする請求項4,5又は6記載の軸流圧縮機の静翼環。
- 前記互いに周方向に隣接する内側シュラウド部間及び外側シュラウド部間にそれぞれスペーサを介在させたことを特徴とする請求項4,5,6又は7記載の軸流圧縮機の静翼環。
