Claims (10)
- 원주방향으로 함께 연결된 복수의 유닛을 포함하는 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링으로서,각 유닛은,원주 방향으로 서로 인접한 복수의 고정식 블레이드와,고정식 블레이드별로 나눠어져 형성되고 또한 각 고정식 블레이드와 일체로 형성된 내부 덮개부 및 외부 덮개부와,상기 외부 덮개부에서 복수의 고정식 블레이드를 함께 결합하기 위한 밴드 부재를 포함하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밴드 부재는 압축기 케이싱의 일측에서 가이드 홈부 내로 직접 미끄러져 끼워 맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,복수의 고정식 블레이드용 외부 덮개부는 상기 밴드 부재와는 다른 보조 밴드 부재에 의해 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밴드 부재에 의해 결합되는 외부 덮개부는 압축기 케이싱의 일측에서 가이드 홈부 내로 직접 미끄러져 끼워 맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내부 덮개부는, 원주 방향으로 서로 인접한 복수의 고정식 블레이드에 해당하는 길이를 가지는 시일 홀더에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 시일 홀더는 작동 유체의 유동 방향으로 두 부분으로 나눠어지며, 상기 두 부분은 고정 수단에 의해 함께 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 원주 방향으로 함께 연결된 복수의 유닛을 포함하는 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링으로서,각 유닛은,원주 방향으로 서로 인접한 복수의 고정식 블레이드와,고정식 블레이드별로 나눠어져 형성되고 또한 각 고정식 블레이드와 일체로 형성된 내부 덮개부 및 외부 덮개부와,상기 외부 덮개부에서 복수의 고정식 블레이드를 함께 결합하기 위한 연결 수단과,상기 내부 덮개부를 유지하기 위한 시일 홀더를 포함하며,상기 시일 홀더는 복수의 고정식 블레이드에 해당하는 길이를 갖는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 시일 홀더는 작동 유체의 유동 방향으로 두 부분으로 나눠어지며, 상기 두 부분은 고정 수단에 의해 함께 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 내부 덮개부 및 상기 시일 홀더는 핀에 의해 함께 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,원주 방향으로 서로 인접한 내부 덮개부 사이에 스페이서가 끼워지며, 상기 원주 방향으로 서로 인접한 외부 덮개부 사이에 스페이서가 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축선 방향 압축기의 고정식 블레이드 링.
