Claims (9)
- 押出機(23)と、内側金型部分(1)及び外側金型部分(2)を有する金型と、前記金型を部分的に閉じるための第1の機構と、前記金型を閉じて、押し出された材料を前記金型の内部で圧縮するための第2の機構とを含み、一方の金型部分(2)が、前記両金型部分(1、2)の間に金型空洞(7)を形成するために他方の金型部分(1)に向って移動可能に構成されており、一方の金型部分(2)が、前記金型空洞(7)内に開口して前記押出機(23)に連結された1つ又は複数のチャネル(3)を有する射出成形機構であって、前記金型を部分的に閉じるための前記第1の機構が、第1のサーボモータ(13)によって駆動されるひざ型機構を有し、前記金型を閉じて前記押し出された材料を前記金型の内部で圧縮するための前記第2の機構が、第2のサーボモータ(14)のシャフトの一部分である偏心輪を有し、
前記ひざ型機構が、第1、第2及び第3の枢動可能なアーム(15、18、21)から形成され、前記第1の枢動可能なアーム(15)が、一方の端部において、前記第1のサーボモータ(13)によって回転されるディスク(17)に第1の枢軸(16)によって連結され、他方の端部において、前記第2の枢動可能なアーム(18)の一方の端部に第2の枢軸(19)によって連結され、前記第2の枢動可能なアーム(18)が、その他方の端部において、前記外側金型部分(2)を担持する枠に第3の枢軸(20)によって連結されており、前記第3の枢動可能なアーム(21)が、一方の端部において、前記第2の枢軸(19)に連結され、また前記第1と第2の枢動可能なアーム(15、18)も連結させており、他方の端部において、前記第2のサーボモータ(14)のシャフトに連結されていることを特徴とする射出成形機構。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機構において、前記外側金型部分(2)を担持する前記枠が、前記外側金型部分(2)を前記内側金型部分(1)に向って及びそれから離れて移動させることができるように線形方向に移動可能に構成され、前記枠が、前記ひざ型機構によって前記枠に伝えられる前記第1のサーボモータ(13)の回転によって移動される、射出成形機構。
- 請求項2に記載の射出成形機構において、前記枠が、前記第3の枢軸(20)によって前記第2の枢動可能なアーム(18)が取り付けられた1つの上側プレート(9)と、外側金型部分(2)を担持する1つの下側プレート(8)と、前記上側及び下側プレート(9、8)を連結する複数のロッド(10)とを有し、さらに、レール(11)上に移動可能に受けられる、射出成形機構。
- 請求項2に記載の射出成形機構において、前記第1のサーボモータ(13)の開始位置において、前記第2の枢動アーム(18)が、マンドレル・ホイール(4)の中央及び前記金型の中央を通りかつ前記第3の枢軸(20)及び前記第2のサーボモータ(14)の前記シャフトを横切る想像線(22)に対して傾斜している、射出成形機構。
- 請求項4に記載の射出成形機構において、前記第2及び第3の枢動可能なアーム(18、21)が、前記金型が部分的に閉じられる前記第1のサーボモータ(13)の最終位置において、互いに及び前記想像線(22)と一直線上にあるように配置される、射出成形機構。
- 請求項4に記載の射出成形機構において、前記偏心輪が、前記想像線(22)に沿って前記第3の枢動可能なアーム(21)上で機能する、射出成形機構。
- 請求項4に記載の射出成形機構において、前記マンドレル・ホイール(4)が、径方向外側に突出してそれぞれが前記内側金型部分(1)を形成する複数のマンドレルを有し、前記マンドレル・ホイール(4)が、作動サイクル中に、各マンドレルを異なる位置に配置するように回転する、射出成形機構。
- 請求項7に記載の射出成形機構において、前記マンドレル・ホイール(4)が、各々が内側金型部分(1)を形成する、5つのマンドレルを有する、射出成形機構。
- 請求項7に記載の射出成形機構において、前記押し出されたプラスチック材料が、前記プラスチック材料が射出される前に1つのマンドレル上の適切な位置に配置されたラミネート紙のスリーブ(5)とキャップ(6)の間に上部を形成し、食品用のパッケージを形成するのに使用される、射出成形機構。
