Description
支持体のための基材層と、
前記基材層の少なくとも1つの面上のエチレンコポリマーの実質的に不透過性の中間層と、
ASTM 96BWによって測定された1,000〜20,000g/m2/日のMVTR(水蒸気透過率)に相当する透過性を有する、前記中間層上の熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの外層とを含む。前記熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの外層は、約5〜約50μmの範囲の厚さtを有し、前記中間層は、約50〜約500μmの範囲の厚さTを有する。
短鎖単位は、式
基材:23μmの厚さを有する二軸配向ポリエステルフィルム
実質的に不透過性の中間層:ASTM D1238によって測定された8dg/分のメルトインデックスを有する、18重量%のメチルアクリレートを有するエチレン/メチルアクリレート95重量%と、50重量%のエチレン/メチルアクリレート中に50重量%の二酸化チタンを含有するホワイトマスターバッチ5重量%。実質的に不透過性の中間層は、外層に適用される印刷のためのバックグラウンドとして、白色である(厚さ180μm)。熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの外層:45重量%の1,4−ブチレンテレフタレートと55重量%のエチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシドコポリエーテルテレフタレートとを含有する熱可塑性エラストマーエステルエーテル(TEEE)。このコポリエーテルエステルは、33重量%の計算されたエチレンオキシド含量を有し、45重量%の短鎖エステル単位を含有し、200℃の融解温度を有した。TEEEが厚さ25μmのフィルムに形成されるとき、その透過性は、ASTM 96BWによって測定された20,000g/m2/日のMVTR値に相当した。
次に、本発明の好ましい態様を示す。
1. 紙、厚紙、ポリマーフィルム、または織布または不織布の基材層と、
前記基材層の少なくとも1つの面上のエチレンコポリマーの実質的に不透過性の中間層と、
ASTM 96BWによって測定された1,000〜20,000g/m 2 /日のMVTR(水蒸気透過率)に相当する透過性を有する、前記中間層上の熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの外層とを含み、
熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの前記外層が5〜50μmの厚さtを有し、前記中間層が50〜500μmの厚さTを有し、ハロゲン元素を実質的に含有しない多層構造体。
2. 厚さtの、厚さTに対する比が1:5〜1:10である、上記1に記載の多層構造体。
3. 前記外層が熱可塑性エラストマーエステルエーテル(TEEE)である、上記1または2に記載の多層構造体。
4. 前記TEEEが、400〜6000g/モルの分子量を有するポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールから誘導された軟質セグメントを有し、前記ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールがエチレンオキシドのポリマーまたはコポリマーである、上記3に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
5. 前記ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールがエチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとのコポリマーである、上記4に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
6. 前記熱可塑性親水性ポリマーのエチレンオキシド含量が、熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの全重量の5〜40重量%である、上記5に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
7. 前記中間層が、エチレン−ビニルアセテートおよびエチレンアルキル(メタ)アクリレートから選択された1つまたは複数のコポリマーから製造される、上記1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
8. 前記エチレンアルキル(メタ)アクリレートが、EMA(エチレン−メチルアクリレートコポリマー)、EBA(エチレン−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー)およびEEA(エチレン−エチルアクリレートコポリマー)から選択される、上記7に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
9. エチレンとアルキル(メタ)アクリレートとの1つまたは複数のコポリマーがアルキル(メタ)アクリレート5〜35重量%を含有する、上記7または8に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
10. 前記エチレンビニルアセテートがビニルアセテート5〜35重量%を含有する、上記7に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
11. 前記基材層が、セルロース繊維をベースとする紙または厚紙、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンをベースとするポリマーフィルム、またはポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、綿、ポリアミドまたはポリエチレンをベースとする織布または不織布である、上記1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
12. 前記基材層または前記印刷可能な多層構造体が、ASTM D882−83によって測定された5〜2000Mpaの破断点引張強さを有する、上記1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
13. 前記基材層が一方の面だけに中間層と可塑性親水性ポリマーの外層とをコートされる、単一面である上記1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
14. 前記基材層が両面にエチレンコポリマーの中間層と熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの外層とをコートされる、両面である上記1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の印刷可能な多層構造体。
15. 印刷された熱可塑性親水性ポリマーのその外層を有する上記1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造体を含む、広告用ディスプレイ、バナーとして、または車両、建築ファサード、構造体、手荷物等のためのカバーとして屋外または屋内用途のための可撓性の印刷された多層構造体。
Claims (2)
- セルロース繊維をベースとする紙または厚紙、ポリエステル又はポリアミドをベースとするポリマーフィルム、ポリエステル、綿又はポリアミドをベースとする織布または不織布からなる群から選ばれる材料の基材層と、
エチレンコポリマーを含み、前記基材層の少なくとも1つの面に隣接して積層されている少なくとも1つの不透過性の中間層と、
コポリエーテルアミド、コポリエーテルエステル及びポリエーテルウレタンからなる群から選ばれる熱可塑性エラストマーである熱可塑性親水性ポリマーの少なくとも1つの外層であって、少なくとも1つの中間層に隣接して積層され、ASTM 96BWによって測定された1,000〜20,000g/m2/日のMVTR(水蒸気透過率)に相当する透過性を有する外層とを含み、
前記外層が5〜50μmの厚さtを有し、前記中間層が50〜500μmの厚さTを有し、ハロゲン元素を含有せず、少なくとも1つの外層に印刷が行なわれる、印刷可能な多層構造体。 - 印刷用である請求項1記載の多層構造体。
