図6は、本発明の別の実施例による接続結合部材を備えた、車軸接続部用のアンチロールバーの等角投影図、
図7は、車軸接続部を有する、図6に示したアンチロールバーのトルク伝達レバーの接続領域の、図6に相当する拡大図である。
Claims (15)
- 接続部材(2)を中空軸(1)に、トルクが伝達されるように配置するための接続結合部材であって、前記接続部材(2)が、前記中空軸(1)の外側の横断面形状(7)に対応する形状を有する、前記中空軸(1)を受容するための貫通する切欠を備えている形式のものにおいて、
前記中空軸(1)が、該中空軸(1)と前記接続部材(2)との接続領域にプレスストッパ(8)を有しており、該プレスストッパ(8)が、前記中空軸(1)の壁部と共に、少なくとも部分的にプレス嵌めを形成していることを特徴とする、接続結合部材。 - 前記中空軸(1)と接続部材(2)の切欠とが、中空軸(1)と接続部材(2)との接続領域において、円形形状とは異なる横断面形状(7)を有している、請求項1記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記中空軸(1)と前記接続部材(2)の切欠とが、ほぼ多角形の横断面形状(7)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記多角形の横断面形状(7)の外周面が、常に有限の曲率を有している、請求項3記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記中空軸(1)及び前記接続部材(2)の横断面形状(7)が、中空軸(1)と接続部材(2)との接続領域において同一厚み部(7)として構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- プレスストッパ(8)の外側の横断面形状が、接続部材(2)との接続領域において前記中空軸(1)の内側の横断面形状に対応する形状を有するように構成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記プレスストッパ(8)と前記接続部材(2)の切欠とが、前記中空軸(1)と前記接続部材(2)との接続領域でやや円錐形に延在するように構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記プレスストッパ(8)が、中空であるか、若しくは軸方向で切欠(9)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記プレスストッパ(8)が鉄材料より成っている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記プレスストッパ(8)が非鉄材料より成っている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記プレスストッパ(8)が、軸方向両端部のうちの少なくとも一方の端部領域で、尖端部若しくは環状の面取部(10)を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記中空軸(1)の、円形とは異なる横断面形状(7)が、前記接続部材(2)との接続領域にだけ設けられている、請求項2から11までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記中空軸(1)がねじり棒又は横方向アンチロールバーである、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記中空軸(1)が、トラック運転室のアンチロールバーであって、前記接続部材(2)が、運転室をガイドするための操縦部材である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
- 前記中空軸(1)が、産業車両・軸結合部のアンチロールバーであって、前記接続部材(2)が軸をガイドするための操縦部材である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の接続結合部材。
