Claims (10)
- 窓ガラスの表面(1)の温度を測定するための表面温度測定用センサ装置であって、
舌形突起部を有する回路基板(2)と、
該回路基板(2)の前記舌形突起部の先端部(2.1)に取り付けられた温度センサ(3)と、
該温度センサ(3)が取り付けられた前記回路基板(2)の前記舌形突起部の先端部(2.1)を囲繞し、熱伝導性キャップ(4.1)及び可撓性の熱伝導性挿入物(4.2)を備えた熱伝導性要素(4.1、4.2)とを有し、
前記温度センサ(3)は、前記回路基板(2)の前記舌形突起部及び前記熱伝導性要素(4.1、4.2)を介して、前記回路基板(2)の前記舌形突起部の先端部(2.1)とは離間した前記窓ガラスの表面(1)に熱的に接触することを特徴とする表面温度測定用センサ装置。 - 前記熱伝導性挿入物(4.2)は、前記熱伝導性キャップ(4.1)の中に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記熱伝導性キャップ(4.1)は、熱伝導性金属で製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記熱伝導性金属は、銅又はアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記熱伝導性キャップ(4.1)の中に挿入される前記熱伝導性挿入物(4.2)は、熱伝導性シリコーンで製作されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記熱伝導性挿入物(4.2)の中に凹所が設置されており、前記凹所の中に、前記温度センサ(3)を備える前記回路基板(2)の前記舌形突起部が挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記熱伝導性挿入物(4.2)は、前記舌形突起部における前記温度センサ(3)の取り付面とは反対側の面側及び/又は側面側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記熱伝導性キャップ(4.1)と前記回路基板(2)のハウジング(5)との間に可撓性シール(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記舌形突起部の先端部(2.1)における前記温度センサ(3)の取り付け面とは反対側の面及び/又は側面が金属で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の表面温度測定用センサ装置。
- 前記窓ガラスは、自動車のフロントガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の温度測定用センサ装置。
