Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于测量板片(Scheibe)的温度的传感器组件,其中,传感器组件具有电路支架(Schaltungstraeger),其带有布置在其上的温度传感器,其中,电路支架和温度传感器布置在壳体中并且电端子(Anschluss)和导热元件被从壳体中引出。
背景技术
这种类型的传感器组件由文件DE 10 2010 026 563 A1和文件DE 10 2006 060548 A1已知。在那里,弯曲-电路板(Flex-Leiterplatte)相应被从壳体中引出并且被带到与挡风玻璃(Windschutzscheibe)接触。弯曲-电路板因此用作导热元件。那么直接在弯曲-电路板上布置有温度传感器,利用其可确定挡风玻璃的温度。
带有可弯曲的导热元件的另外的传感器组件由文件DE 10 2005 038 466 B4已知。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种开头所提及的类型的传感器组件,其可特别有利地制造。
该目的的解决方案利用一种带有权利要求1的特征的传感器组件实现。本发明的优选的设计方案在从属权利要求中说明。
对于用于测量板片的温度的传感器组件,其中,传感器组件具有电路支架,其带有布置在其上的温度传感器,其中,电路支架和温度传感器布置在壳体中并且电端子和导热元件被从壳体中引出,本发明重要地设置成,导热元件构造为刚性的销,刚性的销具有与电路支架的热连接和机械连接,并且刚性销对此设置和构造成构造与板片的热接触。该热接触在此可直接或间接地、即直接地或经由连接元件来建立。总体上,利用这样的传感器组件提供特别简单的且良好的传感器组件,利用其尤其还避免使用弯曲-电路板并且由此使结构型式明显简化。
在本发明的特别优选的设计方案中,刚性的销是传感器组件的电端子的一部分。由此,该刚性的销可执行两个功能,即提供电接触且同时提供导热接触。由此传感器组件可特别简化地且成本有利地制造。
特别优选地,电路支架的层构造为热导板。电路支架尤其还是带有多个层的电路板。特别优选地,热导板从温度传感器观察是第二层。温度传感器在此优选地在板片侧布置,使得热导板从挡风玻璃观察也是第二层。热导板与电路支架或电路板的其他层相比变厚并且/或者构造有较少穿通部(Durchbrechung)和中断部(Unterbrechung),使得在此可实现特别好的热力传热。与之相对,电路支架的第一或最下面的层(经由其主要实现至布置在电路支架上的传感器的电连接)更易损(filigran)且配备有更多中断部和电气接触可能性,使得该层主要用于电气接触。
在本发明的另一优选的设计方案中,传感器组件附加地具有用于测量内部湿度的传感器和用于测量内部温度的传感器。从这那么总共三个值的测量,即内部湿度的测量、内部温度的测量和板片温度的测量,可计算在板片的露点与内部空间温度之间的间距且因此计算挡风玻璃的起雾倾向(Beschlagsneigung)。
在本发明的另外的优选的设计方案中,传感器组件集成到用于机动车的光电子的下雨传感器单元(Regensensoreinheit)中。在此,附加地设置有光学传感器,经由其可来实施和评估在挡风玻璃处的反射并且接下来评估射入到挡风玻璃上的光完全地还是仅部分地被反射。反射行为取决于在挡风玻璃上是否存在水滴。由此可实现下雨传感器。
在本发明的另一改进方案中,刚性的销与面元件(Flaechenelement)热连接,面元件比刚性的销本身建立更大的与板片的热接触。这是刚性销与挡风玻璃间接的热接触,其同样在本发明的范围中是可能的。优选地,在此面元件是电端子的组成部分且尤其是插头元件的组成部分。
在本发明的另一改进方案中,温度传感器以能导热的、但是电绝缘的材料与热导板相连接。由此实现温度传感器至热导板的特别好的热连接。在销与电路板之间的热接触优选地由钻孔的金属化来建立。
在另一的改进方案中,与板片的热接触在黑薄膜(Schwarzfolie)的区域中实现。其常常与这样的传感器组件相联系来应用且优选地在光学上遮盖在挡风玻璃处的传感器和接触部。
总地来说,通过根据本方面的设计方案实现通过刚性的销本身或通过面元件联结到板片处并且由此实现快速的且精确的温度检测。刚性销压入电路支架的层中使快速的且精确的温度检测成为可能。在电路支架的层与温度传感器的焊接部位之间的仅仅较薄的塑料层仅引起较小的静态/热的测量误差。因为在刚性的销与电路支架之间的热接触可由钻孔的金属化来建立,这特别简单地可能。不需要附加的构件。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出根据本发明的传感器组件1的示意性视图。在壳体4中容纳有电路支架2,其典型地是电路板。电路支架2具有多个金属层7、8和位于其之间的隔离层。壳体4邻近于板片10、尤其挡风玻璃布置。从壳体4中引出电端子5和导热元件,其在此构造为刚性销6。刚性销6构造与板片10的热接触11。刚性销6压入壳体4(其尤其是塑料壳体)中并且在电路板2中优选地存在相应地准备好的金属化的孔15(刚性销6被压入其中),使得由此实现刚性销6至电路支架2的不同的层7、8的电的和热的接触。层8(其背对板片10且也背对布置在电路支架2上的温度传感器3或进一步远离于此)构造为热导板9。热导板9是电路支架2的层,其变厚并且/或者构造有较少中断部,从而提高特别好的导热能力。由此将经由刚性销6吸收的温度运输到温度传感器3的区域中并且温度传感器3可特别快速且精确地检测板片10的温度。补充地,此处也可引入电绝缘的、然而能导热的物质,利用其将温度传感器3与热导板9相连接。此外,在壳体4中设置有用于测量内部湿度的传感器12,其同样经由电路支架2的第一层7电接触。传感器元件3同样与电路支架2的第一层7电连接且经由其来控制。在此可涉及两极的温度测量元件或三极的温度测量元件,其中,那么端子是单独的热端子。
在图2中示出带有外部壳体17的整个组件,带有电路支架2的传感器组件1容纳在壳体17中。刚性销6在此与面元件13相连接,面元件在外部壳体17的外侧处与板片10接触。由此在此实现特别好的热接触。面元件13是电端子5的组成部分,其伸至外部壳体17的插头框18中。在那里经由该电端子5同时还实现经由刚性销6至电路支架2的电连接。
所有在先前的说明中和在权利要求中所提到的特征能够以任意的选择与独立权利要求的特征组合。本发明的公开因此不限于所说明的或所要求保护的特征组合,而是所有在本发明的范围中有意义的特征结合应视为公开。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于测量板片(10)的温度的传感器组件(1),其中,所述传感器组件(1)具有电路支架(2),其带有布置在其上的温度传感器(3),其中,所述电路支架(2)和所述温度传感器(3)布置在壳体(4)中并且电端子(5)和导热元件被从所述壳体(4)中引出,
其特征在于,
所述导热元件构造为刚性的销(6),刚性的所述销(6)具有与所述电路支架(2)的热连接和机械连接,刚性的所述销(6)对此设置和构造成建立与所述板片(10)的热接触(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,刚性的所述销(6)是所述传感器组件(1)的电端子(5)的一部分。
3. 根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,电路板具有至少两个层(7, 8)并且层(8)构造为热导板(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,所述热导板(9)从所述温度传感器(3)观察是第二层。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,所述传感器组件(1)具有用于测量内部湿度的传感器(12)和用于测量内部温度的传感器。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,所述传感器组件(1)集成到用于机动车的光电子的下雨传感器单元中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,刚性的所述销(6)与面元件(13)热连接,其比刚性的所述销(6)本身建立更大的与所述板片(10)的热接触。
8.根据权利要求7所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,所述面元件(13)是所述电端子(5)的组成部分。
9.根据权利要求3至8中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(3)以能导热的、但是电绝缘的材料与所述热导板(9)相连接。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,在所述销(6)与所述电路板(2)之间的热接触由所述钻孔(15)的金属化来建立。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器组件,其特征在于,与所述板片(10)的热接触在黑薄膜的区域中实现。
