Description
Claims (31)
- 布は、第1の折り目と第2の折り目に沿って2層に平らになったエンドレスループの形態をしており、以下の工程を含む;
紙幅方向(CD)中の糸が第1と第2の折り目から除去され、解れた領域を作製し;解れた領域において走行方向(MD)中の糸は未結合であり;
継ぎ目ループが第1と第2の折り目で未結合MD糸から形成され;
各折り目で、解れた領域の縁部に沿ってCD材料を付加し、解れた領域のCD縁部に沿って糸を束縛し;及び
布が、第1と第2の折り目からの継ぎ目ループを指のように組み、それを通ってピントルを挿入することにより継ぎ合わせる、
機械上で継ぎ合わせ可能な多軸抄紙布の継ぎ合わせ方法。 - 更に、布の継ぎ目領域に所望の特性を付与する解れた領域中へ少なくとも1つの追加的なCD糸の再織り工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 付加されるCD材料が、熱可塑性被覆/核がある糸又は熱可塑性繊維の層が予め付着された糸又は熱可塑性材料の紡績糸である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 付加されるCD材料が、平らな細長い布材料を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 付加されるCD材料が、付加されるCD糸であり、かつ前記付加されるCD糸の直径が、布中のCD糸の直径未満であり、それで継ぎ目の平面差を減少させる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 布中の糸が、CDとMDに関して10度未満の角度を有し;及び、
解れた領域の縁部に沿ったCDの中で除去された糸の少なくとも一部が、布の全幅にわたって伸びていない請求項1に記載の方法。 - 布が、布の幅未満である細長い布幅を有する織ってある細長い布から形成され、前記細長い布は2つの側面縁部を備えて織られており;前記細長い布が、布を形成するために連続的な螺旋状の方法で周りを巻かれる際、前記細長い布の隣り合う側面縁部が、螺旋状に巻かれた継ぎ目を形成するために重なり合うような形態をとる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、布へ少なくとも1層の短繊維綿材料の針打ち工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 布が機械上で継ぎ合わせ可能な積層された抄紙機の圧搾部用の多軸圧搾布である請求項8に記載の方法。
- 付加されるCD材料が糸であり、その糸の少なくとも一部が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)又は2成分あるいは被覆/核の糸である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 付加されるCD材料が糸であり、その糸の少なくとも一部が、円形断面形状、方形断面形状又は非円形断面形状を有するものである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 付加する工程が、解れた領域の縁部に沿った連続的なCD糸の再織りを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 解れた領域が、継ぎ目ループ中で連続的なCD糸の再織りの受容により広くなる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1の折り目と第2の折り目に沿って2層に平らになったエンドレスループの形態の多軸基布;
基布は第1と第2の折り目に沿って解れた領域の未結合走行方向(MD)糸から形成される継ぎ目ループを有し;解れた領域は紙幅方向(CD)中の糸を除去することによって形成され、解れた領域においてMD中の残った糸は未結合であり;及び
CD材料は各折り目で解れた領域の縁部に沿って布ベースに付加され、解れた縁部のCD縁部に沿って糸を束縛すること
を含む抄紙布。 - 布が、第1と第2の折り目からの継ぎ目ループを指のように組み、それを通ってピントルを挿入することにより継ぎ合わせる請求項14の抄紙布。
- 更に、布の継ぎ目領域に所望の特性を付与する解れた領域の中へ少なくとも1つの追加的なCD糸の再織り工程を含む請求項14の抄紙布。
- 付加されるCD材料が、熱可塑性被覆/核がある糸又は熱可塑性繊維の層が予め付着された糸又は熱可塑性材料の紡績糸である請求項14の抄紙布。
- 付加されたCD材料が、平らな細長い布材料を含む請求項14の抄紙布。
- 付加されるCD材料が、付加されるCD糸であり、かつ前記付加されるCD糸の直径が、布中のCD糸の直径未満であり、それで継ぎ目の平面差を減少させる請求項14の抄紙布。
- 布中の糸が、CDとMDに関して10度未満の角度を有し;及び、
解れた領域の縁部に沿ったCDの中で除去された糸の少なくとも一部が、布の全幅にわたって伸びていない請求項14に記載の抄紙布。 - 布が、布の幅未満である細長い布幅を有する織ってある細長い布から形成され、前記細長い布は2つの側面縁部を備えた多層織りの形態であり;前記細長い布が、布を形成するために連続的な螺旋状の方法で周りを巻かれる際、前記織ってある細長い布の隣り合う側面縁部が、螺旋状に巻かれた継ぎ目を形成するために重なり合うような形態をとる請求項14に記載の抄紙布。
- 布が機械上で継ぎ合わせ可能な積層された抄紙機の圧搾部用の多軸圧搾布である請求項14に記載の抄紙布。
- 更に、布へ少なくとも1層の短繊維綿材料の針打ち工程を含む請求項14に記載の抄紙布。
- 付加されるCD材料が糸であり、その糸の少なくとも一部が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)の糸である請求項14に記載の抄紙布。
- 付加されるCD材料が糸であり、その糸の少なくとも一部が、円形断面形状、方形断面形状又は非円形断面形状を有するものである請求項14に記載の抄紙布。
- 布ベースに付加されるCD材料が、布ベースへの連続的なCD糸の再織りである請求項14の抄紙布。

- CD材料がジグザグ縫いパターンを使用して解れた領域の縁部に沿って付加される請求項1の方法。
- CD材料がブランケット縫いパターンを使用して解れた領域の縁部に沿って付加される請求項1の方法。
- CD材料がジグザグ縫いパターンを使用して解れた領域の縁部に沿って付加される請求項14の抄紙布。
- CD材料がブランケット縫いパターンを使用して解れた領域の縁部に沿って付加される請求項14の抄紙布。
