Description
Claims (4)
- セメント又は土壌の懸濁水に溶解して一次フロックを形成するカチオン系高分子凝集剤と,上記懸濁水に同じく溶解して二次フロックを形成するノニオン系及び/又はアニオン系高分子凝集剤と,上記懸濁水中の二次フロックに付着してその沈降ウエイトをなす二次フロック沈降用の無機物とを混合具備し,上記カチオン系高分子凝集剤を100メッシュ以下の粉末乃至微粉末,上記ノニオン系及び/又はアニオン系高分子凝集剤を0.05〜0.1mmの顆粒乃至砂状とし,これら凝集剤に相対粒径による懸濁水撹拌溶解の時間差を配置してなることを特徴とする懸濁水短時間バッチ処理用無機系凝集剤。
- 上記カチオン系高分子凝集剤と,ノニオン系及び/又はアニオン系高分子凝集剤の合計重量比を0.15〜3.0wt%としてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の懸濁水短時間バッチ処理用砂状の無機系凝集剤。
- 上記無機物を,スピネル・フォルステライト,重炭酸カルシウム,重昌石,ベントナイト,珪石粉又は珪藻土にして比重を1.5〜3程度とする1種又は複数の無機系微粉末としてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の懸濁水短時間バッチ処理用無機系凝集剤。
- 上記カチオン系高分子凝集剤,ノニオン系及び/又はアニオン系高分子凝集剤及び無機物に加えて,パーライト又はペーパーセラミックスにして比重1以下のバルキー剤を追加的に混合してなることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の懸濁水短時間バッチ処理用無機系凝集剤。
