Claims (5)
- ファンのインペラのハブの回転軸、ブッシングと、前記回転軸にはめ込まれ、前記ブッシングに収容された流体軸受を有するモーターに用いられるオイルシール構造であって、前記オイルシール構造は、
前記ブッシングの一端と連結されたカバー、及び
前記回転軸に環設され、前記流体軸受と前記カバーとの間に位置された少なくとも1つの密封部材を含み、
前記カバーは、環状溝を有し、前記密封部材は、前記カバーの前記環状溝内に収容され、前記環状溝に相対する前記カバーのもう1つの側は、前記ハブと前記カバーとの間に設置されると共に前記ハブの凹溝に設置された緩衝部材に相対して設置される環状凸縁を更に有するオイルシール構造。 - モーターを含むファンのオイルシール構造であって、
ブッシングに穿設された回転軸にはめ込まれ、前記ブッシングに収容された流体軸受、及び
前記回転軸に環設され、前記ブッシングの開口と連結されたカバーと、前記回転軸に環設され、前記流体軸受と前記カバーとの間に位置された少なくとも1つの密封部材を有し、
前記カバーは、環状溝を有し、前記密封部材は、前記カバーの前記環状溝内に収容され、前記環状溝に相対する前記カバーのもう1つの側は、前記ファンのインペラのハブと前記カバーとの間に設置されると共に前記ハブの凹溝に設置された緩衝部材に相対して設置される環状凸縁を更に有するオイルシール構造。 - 前記カバーはカバー体、或いは仕切り板であり、前記カバーは前記ブッシングの前記開口をカバーする請求項2に記載のオイルシール構造。
- 前記緩衝部材の材質は、ゴムである請求項2に記載のオイルシール構造。
- 前記密封部材は、流体性質を吸着するスポンジを有し、前記流体軸受は、含油軸受である請求項2に記載のオイルシール構造。
