Claims (10)
- 一つの画素内に透過領域と反射領域を有する液晶表示装置において、
前記透過領域の画素電極を第一の透明導電膜で構成し、
前記反射領域の画素電極は、高融点金属の上にアルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金を積層させ、該アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金の上に第二の透明導電膜を配置して構成しており、
前記高融点金属は、前記透過領域の前記第一の透明導電膜と、前記反射領域と前記透過領域が接する端部において接続され、
前記第一の透明導電膜は、無機絶縁膜の上面に接して形成されて、
前記高融点金属は、前記無機絶縁膜の上面に接する位置まで延伸し、
前記第一の透明導電膜は、前記高融点金属が前記無機絶縁膜の上面に接する位置で前記高融点金属に載り上げて接続する液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記高融点金属は、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、チタン、それとこれらの金属の何れかを含む合金の何れかである液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記第一の透明導電膜及び前記第二の透明導電膜は、ITO、IZO、若しくはIGOの何れかである液晶表示装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記第一の透明導電膜と前記第二の透明導電膜は、同じ工程により形成されている液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項において、
前記液晶表示装置は、一方の基板と他方の基板と、該一方の基板と該他方の基板間に挟持された液晶を有して構成されており、
前記一つの画素は、前記一方の基板に配置された複数の走査信号線と、該複数の走査信号線に交差するように配置された複数の映像信号線に囲われた領域に対応して構成されており、
前記一つの画素には、前記走査信号線に接続されたスイッチング素子と、該スイッチング素子の上に配置された前記無機絶縁膜と、該無機絶縁膜の上に配置された有機保護膜とを有しており、
前記高融点金属が、前記スイッチング素子と、前記有機保護膜及び前記無機絶縁膜に形成されたコンタクトホールを介して接続されている液晶表示装置。 - 一つの画素内に透過領域と反射領域を有する液晶表示装置において、
前記透過領域の画素電極を第一の透明導電膜で構成し、
前記反射領域の画素電極は、高融点金属の上にアルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金を積層させ、該アルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金の上に窒化アルミニウムを配置し、該窒化アルミニウム上に第二の透明導電膜を配置して構成しており、
前記高融点金属は、前記透過領域の前記第一の透明導電膜と、前記反射領域と前記透過領域が接する端部において接続され、
前記第一の透明導電膜は、無機絶縁膜の上面に接して形成されて、
前記高融点金属は、前記無機絶縁膜の上面に接する位置まで延伸し、
前記第一の透明導電膜は、前記高融点金属が前記無機絶縁膜の上面に接する位置で前記高融点金属に載り上げて接続する液晶表示装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記高融点金属は、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、チタン、それとこれらの金属の何れかを含む合金の何れかである液晶表示装置。 - 請求項6又は7において、
前記第一の透明導電膜及び前記第二の透明導電膜は、ITO、IZO、若しくはIGOの何れかである液晶表示装置。 - 請求項8において、
前記第一の透明導電膜と前記第二の透明導電膜は、同じ工程により形成されている液晶表示装置。 - 請求項6から9の何れか一項において、
前記液晶表示装置は、一方の基板と他方の基板と、該一方の基板と該他方の基板間に挟持された液晶を有して構成されており、
前記一つの画素は、前記一方の基板に配置された複数の走査信号線と、該複数の走査信号線に交差するように配置された複数の映像信号線に囲われた領域に対応して構成されており、
前記一つの画素には、前記走査信号線に接続されたスイッチング素子と、該スイッチング素子の上に配置された前記無機絶縁膜と、該無機絶縁膜の上に配置された有機保護膜とを有しており、
前記高融点金属が、前記スイッチング素子と、前記有機保護膜及び前記無機絶縁膜に形成されたコンタクトホールを介して接続されている液晶表示装置。
