Claims (12)
- 実際の塗装工程において被塗装物に塗料を噴霧して形成された塗膜の仕上りを再現するための塗膜形成方法であって、
塗装ブース内の温度及び湿度を実際の塗装工程の雰囲気条件に合わせて制御する空調ステップと、
前記塗装ブース内において、塗料を噴霧する塗料霧化装置によって被塗装物に塗膜を形成する塗装ステップとを備え、
前記塗装ステップは、前記塗料霧化装置から噴霧される塗料の噴霧パターンにおける霧化粒子の霧化粒子径、霧化粒子濃度及び霧化粒子速度を実際の塗装工程に合わせて制御する塗装条件決定ステップと、
実際の塗装工程における塗膜形成時間と塗膜の膜厚の変化との関係により決定される塗膜形成プロファイルに基づいて、前記塗料霧化装置と前記被塗装物との相対的な移動を制御する塗膜形成ステップとを備えている塗膜形成方法。 - 前記塗膜形成ステップは、前記塗料霧化装置と前記被塗装物との相対的な移動を、前記塗料霧化装置から噴霧される塗料の噴霧パターン内を通過する前記被塗装物の通過速度、通過回数及び通過完了から次通過開始までのインターバル時間によって制御するステップを備える請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。
- 前記塗装条件決定ステップは、前記塗料霧化装置から噴霧される塗料の噴霧パターンによって被塗装物に形成されるパターン面積に対する塗料吐出流量から前記霧化粒子濃度を決定するステップを含む請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。
- 前記塗料霧化装置は、回転ベル型霧化塗装機であって、
前記塗装条件決定ステップは、前記回転ベル型霧化塗装機のベル径、ベル回転数及び塗料吐出流量を選択可能に調整することによって前記霧化粒子径を決定するステップを含む請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。 - 前記塗料霧化装置は、回転ベル型霧化塗装機であって、
前記塗装条件決定ステップは、前記回転ベル型霧化塗装機のシェーピングエア流量及び塗装距離を選択可能に調整することによって前記霧化粒子速度を決定するステップを含む請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。 - 前記塗料霧化装置は、塗料を圧縮エアで霧化する装置であって、
前記塗装条件決定ステップは、エア流量及び塗料吐出流量を選択可能に調整することによって前記霧化粒子径を決定するステップを含む請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。 - 前記塗料霧化装置は、塗料を圧縮エアで霧化する装置であって、
前記塗装条件決定ステップは、エア流量及び塗装距離を選択可能に調整することによって前記霧化粒子速度を決定するステップを含む請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。 - 実際の塗装工程において被塗装物に塗料を噴霧して形成された塗膜の仕上りを再現するための塗膜形成装置であって、
塗装ブース内の温度及び湿度を実際の塗装工程に合わせて制御する空調手段と、
前記塗装ブース内において、被塗装物に塗料を噴霧する塗料霧化手段と、
前記塗装ブース内において、前記被塗装物と前記塗料霧化手段との相対的な移動を生じさせる搬送手段と、
前記空調手段と前記塗料霧化手段と前記搬送手段との作動を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記塗料霧化手段から噴霧される塗料の噴霧パターンにおける霧化粒子の霧化粒子径、霧化粒子濃度及び霧化粒子速度を実際の塗装工程に合わせて制御すると共に、実際の塗装工程における塗膜形成時間と塗膜の膜厚の変化との関係により決定される塗膜形成プロファイルに基づいて、前記搬送手段による前記塗料霧化装置と前記被塗装物との相対的な移動を制御する塗膜形成装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記塗料霧化手段と前記被塗装物との相対的な移動を、前記塗料霧化手段から噴霧される塗料の噴霧パターン内を通過する前記被塗装物の通過速度、通過回数及び通過完了から次通過開始までのインターバル時間によって制御する請求項8に記載の塗膜形成装置。
- 前記搬送手段は、2軸アクチュエータである請求項8に記載の塗膜形成装置。
- 所望の調色塗料を作成する調色塗料作成方法であって、
見本色の色データを測定する見本色測色ステップと、
前記見本色測色ステップで測定された見本色の色データに基づいて、複数色の原色塗料の暫定的な配合率を決定する配合率仮決定ステップと、
暫定的な配合率に基づいて複数色の原色塗料から作成された調色塗料を試験パネルに噴霧して試験塗膜を形成する試験塗膜形成ステップと、
前記試験塗膜形成ステップで形成された試験塗膜の色データを測定する試験塗膜測色ステップと、
見本色の色データと試験塗膜の色データとを比較して、予め定めた判定基準に基づき見本色と試験塗膜との色一致性を判定する色判定ステップとを備え、
前記試験塗膜形成ステップは、塗装ブース内の温度及び湿度を実際の塗装工程に合わせて制御する空調ステップと、
前記塗装ブース内において、調色塗料を噴霧する塗料霧化装置によって試験パネルに試験塗膜を形成する塗装ステップとを備えており、
前記塗装ステップは、前記塗料霧化装置から噴霧される調色塗料の噴霧パターンにおける霧化粒子の霧化粒子径、霧化粒子濃度及び霧化粒子速度を実際の塗装工程に合わせて制御する塗装条件決定ステップと、
実際の塗装工程における塗膜形成時間と塗膜の膜厚の変化との関係により決定される塗膜形成プロファイルに基づいて、前記塗料霧化装置と試験パネルとの相対的な移動を制御する塗膜形成ステップとを備える調色塗料作成方法。 - 前記試験塗膜形成ステップは、前記色判定ステップにおいて色一致性が判定基準を満たしていないと判定された場合に、暫定的な原色塗料の配合率を修正して作成された調色塗料に基づき試験塗膜を形成する請求項11に記載の調色塗料作成方法。
